Mother and daughter trip to Nuevo Vallarta

My mother and I spent a week at this lovely condo. The condo is very nicely decorated and has everything you would ever need. The check in process was very easy even though I was 3 hours later than I said I would be. The condo complex is very nice with a gorgeous pool and access to the beach. I am hoping one day to stay there again.

Truly a Home by the Sea

The location, close to shopping and restaurants, is perfect. The unit has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is roomy and beautifully decorated. The views from the outside deck of the manicured gardens, the pools, and especially the ocean are so lovely. The host, Luis, was always available to answer any questions and provide any assistance needed. We experienced a wonderful getaway in a lovely location and look forward to our next visit.

Everything was great except that they apparently have changed the rules so that unless you stay for 14 days you are not allowed to sit at any of the beach palapas except ones on the back row (behind six other rows). This appears to be the case even when none of better palapas are occupied. The owners do provide beach chairs which they say you can put where you want. However, we have been staying at Playa Royale for years and enjoyed the palapas as an important part of our beach experience

Great condo

Stayed there for two weeks, Jan-2024. Very nice and modern condo. Fully equipped with everything you need. Very comfortable beds, great sunsets. Very airy as we never used the AC.The concierge (Carlos) was a great help. Very quiet at night. No parties here. Very nice and walkable beach. Swimming is good enough. Get a Beach Club pass, it's worth it, no " Palapa wars". The beach bar is OK, but not great, very slow service. Try the beach bar/restaurant down the north end of the beach called Sabbia. Luis was great to deal with. I would highly recommend this condo for your next stay.
