The apartment has an parking garage underneath the house with two parking spots. The elevator brings you to your penthouse. Within a 5 minute drive you will find the beach, clubs, bars restaurants. In 10 minutes you are in the oldtown of marbella and in 15 minutes in puerto banus. The aiport of malaga is 35 minutes away.
