Located in a prestigious 24/7 secure complex with magnificent tropical gardens and a wonderful swimming pool.
In a peaceful and calm environment but only 2 min walk from the Center Plaza with mini-market, banks, pharmacy, restaurants, café terraces, Casino de Marbella, Hotels ... and 10 minutes walk from a beautiful beach and the famous Puerto Banus.
Located on the ground floor, the brand new apartment has a large terrace (50 m2) with one side, an outdoor lounge and a coffee table and on the other side, chairs and a table dining room overlooking a small garden.
The entrance leads to a living room with a modern dining side and a living room which opens onto the terrace and has a large new leather sofa with a new HD curved TV, more than 150 satellite channels, a new bose sound system and has high speed internet and free wifi.
The terrace includes on one side an outdoor sofa with a coffee table and on the other side, chairs with a dining table.
The brand new kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove and electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso machine ...
The guest bedroom has 2 new single beds and large closets with a nearby marble bathroom with toilet, sink and power shower and heated floor.
The master bedroom overlooks the terrace and has a new King bed, a dressing room with large closets and a marble bathroom with whirlpool bath, toilet, bidet, 2 sinks.
The accommodation has a reserved parking space in a private and secure underground garage, with an elevator which leads directly to the apartment.

It's an excellent property to stay at, our host Ahmed was easy to communicate with, gave us great instruction on our arrival and check in. he also check in on us on how we were enjoying our stay, he took care of any issues or needs we had in a very prompt and professional manner. The location is excellent, it's has 24 hours security, covenant easy underground parking right next to the door leading up to the property's front door, large swimming pool, well keep ground and friendly and professional staff. It located about 40 minutes from the Malaga Airport, there is a toll road located between the airport and property but is easy to use, I use mostly the credit card lane. The property is quite and the location to allows a short walk to the Puerto Banus Marina with may shops and restaurants along the way (a drink at the Sinatra Bar is a great people watching location, but its cash only) there is a large department store and grocery store also located near the marina. On Saturday there is a large market that is near it's a great place to buy everything from fruits and vegetables, handbags, cloths and souvenirs, but if you're leaving the property by car, it can a little difficult because some of the streets are close and very congested. It you are golfer there are many golf course located in a short drive from the property, one has a great restaurant above it with some of the best views of the sea (Magna Cafe Marbella, and Magna Marbella Golf 9 hole course with a driving range).

The Apartment is very nice. The urbanization is in a great location within easy walking distance of Puerto Banus. The complex itself is very nicely manicured. The pool area is really nice with a safe pool with a maximum depth of 1.5 meters. The urbanization is also very quiet with no rowdy people causing disturbances at night! I highly recommend that you consider this lovely place.

Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, aber nicht luxuriös. Die Armaturen im Badezimmer sind inzwischen ziemlich verkalkt. Bei Ankunft war schon ein Waschbecken verstopft (hätte das nicht der Putzfrau auffallen müssen?). Ansonsten geräumig. In der Küche war soweit alles vorhanden. Ein paar Teller mehr wäre schön. Die Terrasse ist schattig und groß. Leider ist die Lage insofern nicht gut, weil es durch die angrenzende Straße zuweilen recht laut ist. Besonders in den Abendstunden rasen die Sportwagen oder Motorräder mit aufheulendem Motor vorbei, so dass man kurzzeitig sein Gespräch unterbrechen muss. Was ebenfalls zur Kategorie "good to know" gehört: Der Pool, der wirklich sehr schön und groß ist, kann erst ab 11:30 Uhr benutzt werden. Das ist für Familien mit Kindern, die nicht zu den Langschläfern gehören, nicht ganz unwichtig.Prima war der Stellplatz für das Auto. Die Tiefgarage ist sehr groß und der Stellplatz liegt genau unter der Wohnung.Zu Fuß zum Strand dauert es bestimmt 20 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in Fußnähe. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief über Whatsapp und war prima. Schnelle und freundliche Nachrichten und Hilfe bei Problemen.Noch ein Tipp: Samstags ist immer Markt. Dieser ist sehr groß und schön. An dem Tag sollte man das Auto lieber stehen lassen, da viele Straßen gesperrt sind.Insgesamt sehr nette Anlage.

Mooie plek voor een fijne vakantie

Goed appartement, het complex is zelf ook prachtig aangelegd. Een schoon en rustig zwembad waarvan de temperatuur niet te koud is. Strand, restaurant en supermarkt met de auto in een paar minuten bereikbaar. Communicatie met de eigenaar is ook erg goed.

Tolle Zeit in einer super gepflegten Anlage

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in einer super gepflegten und gesicherten Gartenanlage. Der wunderschöne umzäunte Pool war leider erst ab Mai so richtig geöffnet und auch nur von 12:00 bis 18.00, allerdings mit einem lifeguard abgesichert. In die Anlage, die durch security gesichert ist, kam man entweder mit eigenem Schlüssel oder mit dem Auto durch die Tiefgarage zum zur Wohnung gehörenden Parkplatz. Dieser war direkt neben der Tür, so dass man mit den Einkäufen usw. gleich Zugang zum Fahrstuhl hatte und dann vor der Wohnungstür stand. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr großzügig geschnitten und so wie in dem Angebot dargestellt, mit allem ausgestattet, was man so brauchte. Als besonders schön haben wir die große Terasse empfunden. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut, lediglich die Einweisung bei der Schlüsselübergabe durch die beauftragte Dame erfolgte viel zu schnell, so dass kaum Zeit für Fragen blieb. Wie beschrieben war der Strand am Puerto Banus in ca. 12 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen, ebenso der Hafen, Flaniermeile u.ä. Supermarkt, Gaststätten, der jeden Samstag stattfindende Wochenmarkt, die Arena, Clubs waren 5 Minuten Fussweg entfernt. Allerdings muss man wissen, dass sich die Anlage auf einer Anhöhe befindet, aber wenn man gut zu Fuss ist, kein Problem. Bis Marbella mit seiner wunderschönen Altstadt und Strandpromenade sind es 6 km, mit dem Auto in 12 Minuten erreichbar, mit dem Bus ca. 30 Minuten.Vom Flughafen Malaga fährt man mit dem Auto ca. 45 Minuten.

Belle propriété bien située à Puerto Banus, belle grandeur des pièces sauf la cuisine qui est assez petite. La propriété manque d’amour, les meubles d’extérieur étaient défraichis et les draps et serviettes étaient dépareillés. La personne responsable de notre acceuil était tout sauf aceuillante et nous a donné le minimum d’information.

Lovely stay

We enjoyed a lovely few days here. The apartment and complex were great and the shared pool fantastic. Location was good so close to places to eat and drink, whilst being quite quiet and peaceful. Ahmed was very quick to respond to queries we had. We would be happy to stay here again.

Excellent two bed two bath modern ground floor apartment. Very quite. Underground car space close to lift and apartment made light of loading and unloading if travelling by car. We rented for three months and enjoyed every day. We love this area and have been many times before. Excellent communication with apartment owner. Check in and out very easy. No problems, excellent long stay. Thanks Ahmed.

Schöne Anlage, tolle Wohnung

Eine große tolle Wohnung, mit klitzekleinen Mängeln, die eigentlich schnell behoben werden könnten. Auf das kaputte Fenster im Bad wurden wir hingewiesen, aber die Lampen am Bett funktionierten nicht und in der Küche war auch eine defekt. Dusche war toll, aber es könnten auch mal die Duschköpfe bzw Wasserhähne entkalkt werden. Ja , das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau, aber der Preis ist ja auch nicht gering. Der Pool wie die gesamte Anlage war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

We had a nice say for 2 weeks - the flat was clean and good situated, heating worked perfekt, everything which was needed was in place - also a Nespresso machine :) Reccomendation!
