Welcome to Ty Ni - (or Our House) reflecting the owners proud Welsh heritage - you are always welcome at Our House

A lovely 2 bedroom cosy Coastal Cottage - part of The Bay Filey Holiday Village.

Located near the beach path and with parking to the rear, you enter into the airy hallway with storage for all your essentials and access to the downstairs cloak / WC (with feature panelling).

Walk through into the large open plan L shaped lounge with two lovely sofas, SMART TV, dining room (sits 5) and fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, washer/dryer and additional drinks fridge

Upstairs the property comprises of 1 double bedroom and 1 double bedroom with a single bed over the double - bunk style - this room has a view to Filey Brigg and the sea (between the houses on Silversands Way) with a large family bathroom complete with bath and overhead rainfall shower.

Off the lounge area are French doors open onto a private furnished patio, surrounded by large, shared garden and landscaped grounds.

Travel Cot and High Chair are available for use free of charge (own bedding required). The owners have also provided a baby bath and baby monitor for guests to use.

We leave a few games for our guests to use. This warm and cosy house is ideal for breaks all year round.

This property is part of The Bay Holiday Village and all bookings gain direct beach access, unlimited use of The Bay Filey Indoor Pool, Baby Pool, Sauna, Steam Room and Gym. Some amenities are chargeable locally like food and drink, tennis and any activities operated by Away Resorts such as Archery and Crafts.

Very nice stay close to beach and near to amenities. Area clean and tidy and not difficult to get into Filey it’s self

Filey bay cottage

Had a lovely stay here this week. Perfect location close to beach and amenities. Cottage was well equipped. Only downside was I’d recommend mattress’s to be replaced as they were well past their best. (A bit of a shame really). Sofa was very soft. You fell into it rather than sat on it. But was ok to lay on I suppose. Overall was a pleasant stay. Just trying to give an honest review.

Just what the doctor ordered

We couldn't be happier, so glad we chose Our House. The location is absolutely perfect and everything in the house is clean, but the main thing was the beds were incredible and we slept so well. Can't wait to go again x

Great house and location

The house was very comfortable, great location near amenities and beach path. The house was well looked after, beautiful decorated, making you feel at home. We had one issue which was resolved swiftly by the owners. Highly recommend Anchor Bay and this beautiful property.

Lovely cottage

We enjoyed our stay at Our House-finding it well equipped and great for what we needed. We liked having Netflix etc- but could do with a new remote as it was hard to read the buttons! Also liked the coffee machine. The location was very convenient for the pub and beach. Our only grumble was that the double bed was extremely squeaky! Comfortable enough but far too noisy whenever one of us moved! Definitely needs replacing!

Our House (Ty Ni)

This is an our second visit to this property. The location is excellent. The front door was sticking and very hard close when we stayed two years ago and is still sticking. We do think that perhaps it’s time a few things need to be replaced the sofa is not comfortable and the carpet in the room is looking a bit tired. The crockery and some of the cutlery needs to be looked at and replaced. Having said all these things we had a lovely stay and would not hesitate to stay at this lovely house again.
