The apartment is in San Polo district, near the public boat stop of San Silvestro and Campo San Polo. Located near the Rialto fish, fruit, and vegetable market, it features a spacious, well-equipped kitchen, perfect for enjoying home-cooked Italian cuisine. It develops with a large double bedroom, a full bathroom and a living space with kitchen and dining. The extra room is a studio with a small attic where there is also a mattress for young kids. There is also a half bathroom available for the guests. The courtyard is a public space with private use, that allows space in front of the house and natural light coming from the windows, Outside, there is a table with chairs on the landing of the apartment’s stairs that is facing the courtyard where the guests can have breakfast or enjoy a glass of whine in the cool of the evening. A very quiet, enjoyable space to rent after a day out and about for sightseeing and Museums.
