Beautiful sea view property

Stayed in the apartment with 4 friends .Apartment was lovely and the hosts were available for any queries.We were able to check in early and make the most of the amazing sea views.Will definitely stay here again

Subject: Urgent Complaint – Loss of Electricity, Water and Air Conditioning at Av. de Madrid 23, BenidormDate: 11 August 2026Hello I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding the unacceptable conditions in the apartment where my family were currently staying at:Av. de Madrid 23, Benidorm, Alicante, 03503, SpainWe are a family of five – myself, my husband, and our three small children – and we are staying on the 20th floor of the apartment block.For a number four hours, the apartment has been without electricity and water. As a result:* The air conditioning is not working.* The current temperature is approximately 32C.* We have no running water for washing.* The lifts are unavailable, meaning that with three small children we are expected to walk multiple flights of stairs, which is completely not fair.This situation is causing significant distress and discomfort to my children, particularly in such extreme heat. It is unacceptable for paying guests, especially families with young children, to be left for several hours without basic utilities such as electricity, water, and I would like a full refund, it’s been a complete disaster. Thank you Rebecca Gatley
