Close to several bars/pubs, cafes, restaurants and amenities. Whilst you visit us you may wish to visit some of the local city centre Sunderland and enjoy the north east traditions!



The Space:

The apartment is situated within a newly refurbished block of apartments on the sea front.



It provides an open plan living area with the lounge and kitchen. The kitchen has a has fridge/freezer, oven/grill, 4 plate induction hob, sink with drainer, dishwasher. A must have coffee machine, kettle and all kitchen essentials are supplied.



There is French doors at the rear of the open planned kitchen and living area which opens up onto a private outdoor space. Provided with artificial grass and seating for youth enjoy the sun set and a drink.



The apartment accommodates 2 adults in a comfortable double bed just to the right of the entrance hall, with a window overlooking your private outdoor space.



Guest Access:

We provide a free parking space at the front of the property for one vehicle (numbered 2).



Guest's have access to the full apartment and outdoor private garden space.

Situated along the stunning Roker Seafront, this location offers the perfect blend of coastal charm and vibrant local amenities. Just steps from the sandy beach and picturesque promenade, you’ll enjoy uninterrupted sea views, relaxing coastal walks, and easy access to Roker Pier—an iconic landmark ideal for sunrise strolls and scenic photography.



The neighbourhood is rich with cafés, restaurants, and independent eateries, including popular seafront spots offering everything from artisan coffee to fresh seafood. Peaceful green spaces such as Roker Park provide beautiful landscaped gardens, family-friendly activities, and seasonal events.



With convenient transport links into Sunderland city centre and nearby attractions like the Marina and the National Glass Centre, the area combines natural beauty with modern convenience—making it an unbeatable coastal setting.



Other Things to Note:

Polite reminder we don't allow pets, parties, smoking or candles.



- NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.



- We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay.



- LOST KEYS: If keys are lost, a £100 replacement fee is required.



At Vacant Nests, we’re dedicated to ensuring our property is protected throughout every guest stay. To provide peace of mind for both owners and guests, we require all guests to either have a £150 fully refundable security deposit hold placed on their account or purchase a £25 one-time Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers up to £300 of accidental damage during the stay.
