There is a small lawn and second seating area under the fruit and cherry tree adjacent to the village pond. Wonderful views of the sea and marshes. The village pond is situated immediately beyond the rear garden of Plumtrees, and is accessible from the lane and the gardens of adjacent properties. Children and vulnerable adults must be supervised at all times. The garden is not fully enclosed therefore dogs need to be supervised. There is ample parking at Plumtrees, with off-road parking for up to four cars.
