Lovely big family home with locked off street parking.
Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The house is a big house and ideal for group stays. Friends catching up. Family going to a wedding Or a work crew working in the area.
Very peaceful and quiet area. It is only a 5 min walk to the town center, Bus stop, Take away, bars and schools. It is a 5min taxi drive from the Roe park hotel for golf and wedding events. It is 5min taxi from Drenagh Estate for wedding events. The entrance for the Roe Valley country park is a 5 min walk up the roemill rd. The roe valley is a lovely walk and a nice wee tea room for Tea and snacks.It is a 15 min drive Benone beach and this road fallows round to Castle rock, Portrush, Portstewart and there beachs. It is a 20 min drive from Derry / Londonderry the walled city
