Its central location allows you to reach all the city’s main attractions on foot, strolling through the beautiful narrow streets of the historic center.

The apartment consists of a dining area with a kitchenette and three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and access to a small terrace.

The apartment is laid out as follows:

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating period and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Ragusa Climate Zone A: 5 hours per day from December 8 to March 7.



For check-ins between 9:00 PM and 1:30 AM, a surcharge will apply, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows:

EUR 25 from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM

EUR 30 from 11:00 and 12:00 a.m.

EUR 40 from 12:00 a.m. to 1:30

Check-in is not possible after 1:30 a.m., even for a fee.
