Se stai cercando un posto per rilassarsi su una spiaggia tranquilla, lontano da tutto, quindi amerete Shoreline 10. Essendo a pochi passi dalla sabbia, è possibile imballare un carico leggero e dirigersi verso le spiagge di sabbia bianca e godersi la splendida Costa Smeralda. Shoreline 10 ha tutto ciò che stai cercando in una casa al mare, dal parcheggio privato coperto alle splendide viste sul mare dell'oceano, sarai viziato dalle comodità di Shoreline 10. Il primo piano include il posto di parcheggio coperto perfetto per mantenerti auto ombreggiata dal sole della Florida. This is a great little place 100 feet from the beach. We enjoyed going to the beach whenever we wanted with minimal effort.

This condo was exactly as described. Second row condo off of the beach but only 50 yards to the entrance. Great layout, very clean, had everything that we needed for our 5 days along the gulf coast. Would definitely look to stay there in the future.

Awesome Place snd ocean view!

Stayed here for New Years week. Great beach condo with an ocean view and very close easy access to the beach. Next door to Rosemary and Shades restaurant which I love the food in this area and it's super close to everything. Condo is very clean and everything worked as it should, fully stocked kitchen and a nice layout. Having a carport makes parking easy and can fit 2 cars. Great experience thank you!!

Great stay at a beautiful beach

We loved our visit and were pleased with our stay. Would definitely go back! Great communication from property manager. Comfortable stay just a hop skip and jump from the beach!

Short Walk to the Beach

This is excellent location where you are a hop, skip, and jump away from the beach. Has beautiful views.

Great place

Really enjoyed our stay...was clean and had everything we needed. Could use an update or two (leaky faucet, etc.), but nothing that impacted our stay.

Close to Beach

Fantastic beach access, out of the 30a traffic. Easy access when we wanted to be in the crowds, easy too avoid them too.

What a Gem

Loved our time here. Great proximity to the beach and the townhouse was perfect for our needs. My husband and I brought out 2 adult children, 19 and 21. We rode bikes to rosemary for coffee every morning. Loved the sushi from Shaka and pizza fromghost Crab. The beaches are perfect here. We wanted something less crowded and this was great!

Fantastic location! This property was perfect to access the beach, grocery stores and restaurants on 98. We loved the view from the decks and easy walk to the beach. The covered parking and outdoor hose/shower made for easy storage and cleanup of beach gear. The townhouse is a bit older, but nicely updated and comfortable. We had two maintenance issues that were handled easily. The management company was responsive and helpful.

Very nice stay

The property was very nice, and the proximity to the beach is outstanding. We had a couple of unforeseeable issues that the property manager handled well (water odor caused by local supply repairs and a digital door lock dead battery). All-in-all, we would love to stay here again.

PERFECT RENTAL with easy beach access

This condo was absolutely perfect! The unit was well equipped for cooking and perfect space for a beach vacay. We loved having the two balconies off the front that provided us with a view of the gulf. Beach chairs provided was a plus when traveling. Definitely will rent again.

Wonderful Vacation!

Really cool beach Condo with great view of the beach and ocean and only a couple steps out the front door and I was on the beach! Water was amazing and clear. Great food…will definitely be back to this location in near future. Thank you Paradise properties!

Great location!

The property is great for a family wanting to stay close to the beach... That part of 30a's beaches is easily accessible and you don't have to deal with it being overcrowded. The unit can use a few updates but overall we were happy with our stay. :)

Beautiful townhouse in a nice area!

If you want a quiet, relaxing place to stay, this is it! Just the right distance from busier areas and amenities. Very short walk to the beautiful beach. The beach is a public access beach, but is was never crowded. The townhouse is furnished nicely, and included needed appliances. Rental agency checked on our stay to make sure everything was going good. Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay! The management was very helpful with booking and our early arrival. The townhouse was clean and very comfortable. A few things are in need of repair and maybe needs a few more kitchen utensils but a really a great place to stay. We loved the location and so close to beach! We also really enjoyed the neighboring guests as well! Definitely will recommend this to our friends and family.

Nice clean beach condo

2 bedroom condo with great views of the Gulf. Great location easy parking, would recommend and go back. Our lacked cooking bans for larger dinners and a kitchen sink that would drain. In fact the showers did not drain well too.
