This charming attic apartment offers exclusivity in every respect: spacious living room with fireplace, two spacious roof terraces with unobstructed views over the Baltic Sea, two spacious bedrooms each with its own bathroom, one bedroom has a bathroom with sauna attached, and a cozy living and dining area every opportunity to enjoy relaxation in a very special retreat between sea and sky.

Our quarter impresses with its outstanding architecture and modern, elegant furnishings: high rooms, generously proportioned and some with winter gardens over two floors. There is a fireplace or stove in every apartment. All bedrooms are en suite and in selected apartments there is an indoor sauna in the bathroom of the master bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality electronic appliances, a washing machine and dryer as well as an iron and ironing board are available in the utility room or bathroom. Each apartment has an extra guest toilet. There are parking spaces for vehicles and bicycle sheds to store bicycles on the site. In the garden there is an outdoor swimming pool for our guests, heated with solar and heat pump energy.
