This delightful 36 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this lovely city. It is located on the 2nd floor via stairs since the elevator is not working yet. Please note that there may be noise in the street during the day and at night.

This space is thoughtfully designed with open living and kitchen areas, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The cozy living room features a comfortable sitting area with a double sofa bed, perfect for relaxing and unwinding while watching TV after a day of exploring the city.

The open-concept kitchen is perfect for socializing and enjoying meals together, equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious dishes, including essential cookware, cutlery, and a dishwasher for added convenience.

The bedroom offers a modern and peaceful retreat, featuring a queen-sized bed, a TV, air conditioning, and ample storage space, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Matosinhos, a coastal town near Porto, is known for its beautiful beaches and delicious seafood. Visitors can enjoy the sun, surf, and fresh fish at local restaurants, making it a perfect destination for beach lovers and food enthusiasts alike.

The town also offers cultural attractions like contemporary art museums and the historic Church of Matosinhos. With easy access to Porto and nearby areas, Matosinhos is ideal for those seeking relaxation and adventure.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Brito Capelo, is just a 550-meter walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 10-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
