This stone villa will provide you with a stress-free vacation and allow you to recharge your batteries while at the same time, you have the opportunity to visit popular tourist destinations such as the historic city of Zadar.Villa Maestral InteriorThe villa spreads over two floors, and on its living area of 90 m2, it can accommodate up to 6 guests. On the first floor of the villa, there are two bedrooms that are equipped with a comfortable double bed, and air conditioning and have access to an en suite bathroom, which provides guests maximum privacy. Both bathrooms are equipped with a sink, toilet, and shower and contain all the necessities for a carefree vacation. There is also a small balcony on the first floor where guests can enjoy the morning sun. On the ground floor of the villa, guests will find a living room where two more people can sleep on the sofa bed. Next to the the living room, there is a dining room and a wooden kitchen, which is equipped with all the necessary appliances and dishes for preparing delicious meals. Also, there is a guest toilet on the ground floor of the villa.Villa Maestral ExteriorFrom the living room and dining room you can access the covered terrace of Villa Maestral, where guests can enjoy their meals in the shade or enjoy the company of their friends and family. Next to the terrace, there are even two grills, one of which is a gas grill and the other a charcoal grill, so guests can choose which grill they will use to prepare their favorite summer meals. In the 500 m2 outdoor area, there is a 30 m2 swimming pool where guests can cool off during hot summer days. After swimming in the pool, you can relax on one of the comfortable lounge chairs by the pool.Villa Maestral SurroundingsThe island of Vir is one of 300 islands and islets of the Zadar archipelago, and is connected to the mainland by a bridge, which is why it is very easily accessible. The coast of the island of Vir is known for its many sandy, pebble, and rocky beaches, of which the beaches Jadro, Kozjak, and Duboka Draga should definitely be highlighted. For lovers of an active holiday, the island of Vir offers various activities such as surfing, sailing, and diving, while mountaineers will be able to enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding islands and the Velebit mountain range from the top of Bandera. Vir is also an ideal starting point for trips to the surrounding national parks (NP Paklenica, NP Kornati, NP Krka, and NP Plitvička Jezera) as well as nature parks (PP Telašćica, PP Vransko Jezero). Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

Wonderful place and good place to relax after the beach, few min walk to the beach and crowded night life, WiFi is very weak and mobile connections are not too strong, but overall wonderful place and clean, with strong ac all around.

Major-league holiday!

Outstanding, good quality villa located in the heart of Vir. Close by to the beach along with many bars, restaurants and shops. Property itself is very well looked after, clean and comfortable. The pool and patio area are a particular highlight. Highly recommend.
