Beautiful 4 bedrooms Villa with a magnificent seaview, swimming pool and terace

This beautiful sea-front villa with private freshwater pool is situated in Privlaka, a popular seaside town, 20 km NW of Zadar city. The villa enjoys a lovely location: it sits just a few metres from one of the best sandy beaches on coast and overlooks the sea anda panoramic view of the islands. Stylishly decorated, it provides the perfect setting for a large family holiday or group of friends. On the ground floor are the living room with an TV, the dining area with large glass windows, and the kitchen with the sea view and bathroom. The fist floor features cosy bedroom with en suite bathroom and two more bedrooms with shared bathroom. On the second floor there is main bedroom with bathroom and terrace.
Next to the house there are 2 parking spaces. The house is completely covered with WIFI signal.
Anyone seeking relaxation can spend happy hours in the garden, on the spacious terraces with sea views, or in the small swimming pool with solar shower.Owners offer the possibility of renting bycicle, kayak, sup, boat or organized excustions to Kornati, Telaščica, Krka, Velebit, Paklenica..

La maison est identique à la description. Elle est parfaite et le gros plus, elle est les pieds dans l’eau. Andrea est une manager hors pair. Vous pouvez la contacter pour n’importe quelle question elle vous répond tout de suite A notre arrivé, nous avons rencontré Drazen, le propriétaire qui nous a fait découvrir l’hospitalité des croates et surtout son vin. Le gros plus de cette location également, c’est que vous pouvez commander le petit déjeuner et le repas du soir auprès d’Andréa. A votre arrivée, elle vous envoie le menu et par WhatsApp vous commandez ce que vous voulez à l’heure ou vous voulez être livré Nous avons également fait une superbe sortie en bateau. Je recommande cette location

Ferienhaus Privlaka

Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich toll. Es ist sehr sauber und die Lage ist auch schön. Leider waren die Lokalitäten geschlossen, da im Oktober keine Saison mehr ist. Der Ausblick wie auf dem Foto ist leider mit einer Hecke bewachsen so das man keinen richtigen Meerblick genießen kann. Der Eigentümer wollte das aber beheben. Auch Lokalitäten werden über das ganze Jahr geöffnet werden. Vermieter sehr nett und freundlich. Werden dieses Ferienhaus gern noch einmal besuchen.
