Rare et TRES GRAND 3 chambres avec 3 salles de bains attenantes! Hors des sentiers battus (pourtant proche à pied de tout), ce condo avec vue sur la mer est un Penthouse, et où vous voulez être! Une vue du lever du soleil pour commencer la journée à partir des montagnes de l’Est et de Diamond Head dans une suite, qui s’étend devant Ala Moana et Westward pour des couchers de soleil de cartes postales dans une autre suite! Il y a un bain principal dans chaque chambre, 3 lanais pour se détendre, une cuisine petite mais efficace, un service de voiturier (payant), et avons-nous mentionné les vues panoramiques? TOUTES LES chambres donnent également sur le canal Ala Wai, où vous pourrez regarder les courses de canoë ou vous promener le long du canal. En tant qu’unité finale, nos invités auront une vue à 180 degrés, partant des montagnes de Ko'olau et se fondant dans l’océan bleu profond du Pacifique! Sentez-vous à la maison avec la climatisation centrale, la télévision par câble et l’Internet haut débit GRATUIT! Il se trouve à 10 minutes à pied de la célèbre plage de Waikiki, célèbre dans le monde entier.

Was a great place with lots of room. Small kitchen but worked for us. Used the valet which is a little pricey but staff was wonderful and helpful. Great location. Would stay there again.

20 Year Business Celebration

The property is great and check-in was a breeze. The bedrooms are large and extremely comfortable. Even though the kitchen is small, it was well thought out with the layout. One suggestion would be to have a small shelf in the showers to put soap, shampoo, etc. a convenient/short walk to the beach. We will definitely be back.

Great location & beautiful home!

This place was beautiful, clean and in a great location. The views were amazing and the rooms are designed in such a way that you feel like none of the other rooms are there. The staff in the building were great too! The only reason I can't give this home 5 stars... the smell of the home. I had read reviews stating this as an issue, but had hoped they had rectified it. All of that said, I would go back to this home and totally recommend it!

Awesome Hawaiian Getaway!

Loved staying at this property. All the rooms were great, kitchen a bit small but we rarely used more than the sink and fridge. Views were amazing! Even had a slight maintenance issue while there that was dealt with very quickly. Would definitely stay again!!

Great location in Waikiki

This was the perfect location for us in Waikiki being close enough to walk to the beach, but also near the freeway to drive to Pearl Harbor, the Bishop Museum, and other great day trip locations. Friendly staff at check in and for the valet parking. Beautiful views of Diamond Head, the ocean, and the mountains from the top floor of this property.

Massive penthouse

By far the largest place we stayed at in Waikiki. This place really lets you stretch out! Additionally the property management is extremely responsive! Thank you again for the wonderful stay! Additionally we loved the free laundry!

Wonderful, spacious penthouse near everything

Perfect vacation rental for 5 adults. The three suits made everyone happy. One suite is situated a bit further away which was perfect for us (the parents) so the youngsters could stay up later. Coffee and breakfast were close by. Beach was easily walkable. Really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful condo

The place was beautiful with just a few very small flaws like the bathtub in the master bedroom being dirty, the ceiling in the master bedroom having a stain from the air vent, and the water in the fridge being expired (we bought our own water so it was fine). Everything else was perfect and I would stay again in the future. Gorgeous property and very easy checkin and checkout process.

Wonderful views!

Very beautiful and comfortable property. The views were AMAZING! We saw breaching whales in the ocean on one side, mountains on one side, beautiful skyline and rainbows! The kitchen is very small, but WHO CARES!?! The valet guys were awesome! Pool was fabulous and so nice to be able to do laundry for free!

Honolulu Penthouse

We are a Family of. 6 staying in Hawaii for the first time. The penthouse has 3 bedrooms with great views. We walked everywhere. The Wyndham staff that you interact with was fantastic. The condo was neat, clean and well appointed.

Lovely view and great location

We loved our 3 BR condo with ensuite bathrooms! It was a small kitchen but we never cooked and they had a coffee maker, toaster and wine glasses--all we really needed! One small oddity, the shower heads were low, so the over 5' 10" folks struggled a bit... It is a private condo located above the Wyndham hotel, with access to their fitness center, pool, laundry, etc. I would definitely recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at Ocean-City Panoramic PH Condo. There was a little hiccup with the check in process, but a call to property manager quickly resolved the issue. We didn't get the code to the door via email. He tried sending it again put it didn't come in, he also tried texting it, but the link was stripped out of the text. I suspect the security protocols on email and text were the reason. Just be aware Royal Garden is a timeshare, so the front desk and concierge are only there for the owners of the time share. The front desk will tell you to contact the owner, the concierge will direct you to the Holiday Inn down the street. Overall, it was a beautiful place and wonderful experience!

Royal Garden Condo

Location and views are amazing! Walking distance to the beach and eating. The only thing negative is the parking. We were not able to park in the valet as that is reserved for residents. You have to find parking on the street which is very crowded and you have to feed the meter every two hours.

Great Walkable Location, But Unit Needs Attention It’s about a 10–15 minute walk to downtown restaurants, shops, and the beach which was convenient. Valet is expensive at 50/day. But, the staff at the Royal Garden Wyndham were great!There is a musty, moldy smell, and at times a sewage odor when entering the unit. The A/C was turned off when we arrived, and it was 85F inside. It took several hours to cool down, which made for an uncomfortable start. The unit would benefit from room-darkening curtains, as the heat and sun come in throughout the day.The furnishings are worn and not particularly functional for a group of six. The couches in the living room are small and only seat about four people. Small TV in living room and two bedrooms; one bedroom no TV. The beds were uncomfortable and need new mattresses. The bathroom fixtures are worn, and the showers are small, not great for anyone 6 feet tall.Alii Beach Rentals provides minimal supplies for a 3-bedroom, 3-bath unit. Each bathroom had one (1 oz) shampoo, body wash, and lotion. No bar soap provided. There was also no hand soap in the kitchen. Bring your own coffee or coffee pods, none are supplied. There’s no ice available in the unit either; you’ll need to make it using trays or purchase ice yourself.
