Second bedroom:

Spacious and cosy, with a double bed and furnishings that combine the charm of the past with modern comfort. A quiet corner for a restful sleep.



Living room:

A convivial and spacious room, with a sofa bed offering two additional sleeping places. It is equipped with a smart TV and a table where guests can dine in a relaxed atmosphere.



Kitchen:

Fully equipped, separate and well organised. The mix of modern and antique-style furniture creates a perfect environment for preparing meals. There is also a table here, so guests can choose whether to eat in the kitchen or in the living room.



First bathroom:

Elegant and spacious, equipped with a modern shower. Being larger, it offers more space and comfort, while maintaining a style that combines classicism and functionality.



Second bathroom:

This bathroom also features a shower and is tastefully decorated. Although it is narrower, it is perfect for practical and comfortable use.



Central corridor:

It harmoniously unites all the rooms in the flat, with decorative details that recall the classic style and add a touch of refinement to the rooms.

A practical utility room with a washing machine and wash basin, perfect for laundry management during your stay.

To this end, we would like to inform you that we use professional management software that guarantees maximum data security and confidentiality. We will send you a secure link before your stay to enable you to register these documents quickly and easily.



Prior to your arrival, I will ensure that the flat is thoroughly cleaned, following strict hygiene standards.



There will be fresh bed linen and towels for each guest, two rolls of toilet paper and a welcome kit in the bathroom. I would also like to inform you that as we are not a hotel, Italian law forbids us to provide guests with any kind of food even if it is just simple oil, salt and pepper, and as we work professionally, we are bound to follow Italian law.
