The apartment is located on the firts floor with elevator of an elegant residential building. It is composed of a large living room with 2 sofa beds, well equipped kitchen, a home studio, 2 bathrooms with bathtub, 2 large bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a double bed and an extra single bed). The most modern comforts such as air conditioning, smart TV, free Wi-Fi connection, washing machine are included.

Ideal for tourist and business stays (transitional contracts available). The security deposit may vary for stays longer than 14 nights.

AWESOME PLACE

great place! perfect check in process we were met with Andreo who was so helpful! You pay for the listing through an online platform (not VRBO) but it was completely safe and is better for explaining the cleaning fee and rent! Highly recommend, a little far from the city center but taxis were cheap!

Nice clean and simple apartment right in the neighborhood we wanted to be. We stayed here to adjust to the time zone and be close to family. The furniture in the living room did feel cheap and worn, but didn’t impact our stay as we only slept and went out about Rome.

Appartement vaste, propre et frais, confortable et bien équipé (à l'exception peut-être des ustensiles de cuisine mais nous n'étions pas venus pour cuisiner). Emplacement calme et sécurisé, à deux pas du quartier du pont Milvio et du centre (4km à pied ou en bus, ligne bien desservie). Accueil chaleureux et personnalisé. À recommander.***Sehr angenehme, geräumige und gemütliche Wohnung in einem ruhigen Viertel ganz in der Nähe vom lebhaften Kiez Ponte Milvio. Richtung Centrum entweder zu Fuß oder mit Bus. Gerne wieder.

Wohnung ist gross

Die Wohnung ist groß und geräumig, es gibt viel Platz, aber die Möbel sind nur minimal vorhanden. In der Küche gibt es nur wenig Kochgeschirr – es gibt zum Beispiel nur einen Topf, was das Kochen erschwert. Die Arbeitsfläche ist so klein, dass es kaum Platz gibt, um einen Salat oder andere Speisen zuzubereiten. Außerdem sind die Messer sehr stumpf, was das Schneiden zusätzlich erschwert. Ein weiterer Nachteil ist, dass das Bügelbrett in einem Zustand ist, der es unbrauchbar macht, und der Wäscheständer ist kaputt. Ein positiver Punkt ist jedoch die Lage – die Bushaltestelle befindet sich in der Nähe, und es gibt auch einen kleinen Laden nicht weit entfernt.

Dear Liudmila, thank you for your time in reviewing our property! We are a bit surprised about your 2-stars review, as we always supported your requests during and after your stay, helping you with the hot water (when you accidentally pressed the button to turn off the boiler, and our staff intervened at 11 pm), and suggesting some small precautions regarding the use of the iron board. As intermediaries, we are required to consult the landlord before purchasing or replacing any item in the apartment. We wish also to highlight that the drying rack is not broken, in fact next guests have used it without problems and have not complained of any malfunction; same speach for the knives, purchased only a few months ago. The kitchen is fully furnished and there are several shelves.
