This bright and comfortable 23 m² apartment in Agde is ideal for up to 4 guests, offering a relaxing stay with waterfront views. Featuring 1 bedroom, it provides a cozy atmosphere perfect for couples or small families. Conveniently located 200 meters from a supermarket and 300 meters from the sandy beach, it is situated in a family-friendly area by the sea.

The apartment includes a balcony with outdoor furniture, a communal swimming pool, and open-air parking within the same building. For added convenience, the building also features an elevator. The electric kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, and all necessary dishes and utensils.

With its excellent location near the beach and essential amenities, this apartment is a great choice for a peaceful seaside getaway. Whether you’re enjoying the pool, relaxing on the balcony, or exploring the beautiful surroundings of Agde, it offers everything you need for a memorable holiday.

Vacanceole renvoi la balle à belvilla Bref Ne vous attendez pas à une vue sur la mer mais plutôt une vue parking Prévoyez le linge puisque que celui ci n’est pas prévu dans la location mais peut être loué … Une arnaque à la française !
