Come and enjoy this fully equipped and tastefully renovated apartment in the heart of the naturist village. Ideally placed, this apartment is located 100m from the beach and 100m from the entertainment. Located on the outside of the Héliopolis building, you will be safe from noise pollution while being 2 minutes from the entertainment.

This apartment also offers a very large terrace (rare) which will allow you to enjoy pleasant moments outside while maintaining the comfort of your "home".

Equipment:
Air conditioning, 160cm bed, TV, WIFI, Dishwasher, coffee maker, oven, electric hob, safe, outdoor lounge, walk-in shower, parking space.

Rental of sheets and towels and other services are offered by a concierge service. You can consult the prices on the last photo of this advertisement. Payment for these services is made directly on site at the reception.

Welcome to this 2 room appartment located at the center of nudist village of Cap d'Agde. This appartment has been entirely refurbished and comes equiped with everything you'll need:
A / C, Bed 160cm, WIFI; TV, dishwasher, cofee machine, kettle, toaster, safe.

Exceptionally well located, this appartment is roughly 100m from the beach and 50 m from the center of Heliopolis. Furthermore, as it's located on the outer rim of the Heliopolis building, you will get the benefits of it's central location without the noise and nuisances.
This appartment also offers a very big terrace which is extremely rare in Cap d'Agde. Whether you just want to enjoy soaking in the sun with the comfort of your flat meters away or simply have a nice dinner / wine on the outdoor sofa, this is the place to do it!

A concierge service offers you the possibility to rent sheets, towels and propositions various other housekeeping options for an additional fee. The pricelist is on the last page of this posting. Payment is settled directly between you and the concierge service upon arrival.

Early flight in to Bezieres, so obviously apartment not ready at that time in the morning...no problem... spent the day lounging on the beach. Call to tell us when it was ready... what a place!!! Spacious, beautifully prepared! Lovely hot shower, comfy double bed, great kitchen and dining space, FANTASTIC outdoor terrace with sun-loungers, table for outdoor meals and a gorgeous sit-around settee for late night drinks! Owner (Laurent) provided loads of niceties for stay... coffee / tea /salt / pepper / oil / crockery / glassware / kitchen roll.etc.. no need to go out and buy essential bits and pieces, as well as all the bathroom basics... shampoo / shower gel etc. Also iron and board, coat hangers galore, vacuum, cushions for outside... the list goes on!!! (Oh... and the two chilled beers left in the fridge!! :) ) Made to feel soooo welcome by Ange (the Concierge) and Laurent... We are booking for next year already... fantastic place to stay in Cap D'agde... can't recommend it highly enough!!

Appartment sehr schön gelegen, aber einige Dinge wie, Spülmaschine defekt, Spülwanne ging nicht mehr zu schließen um zu spülen....machte kein Spass das Geschirr zu spülen.☹ Ich hoffe, es wird für nächstes Jahr alles wieder in Ordnung gebracht.

Schoon appartement op goede lokatie met ruim terras

Dit appartement was niet duur in verhouding met andere appartementen in het dorp, en zeer schoon en uitgebreid Genoeg handdoeken, fijne keuken met alle spullen die je nodig hebt. Een mooi en groot terras met loungeset (zat niet heel lekker…), 2 ligbedden en een (iets te klein) tafeltje om te eten. Een bank ipv 2 stoelen in de living zou fijn geweest zijn Het onderlaken schoof nogal in de nacht dus een eigen laken meenemen is aan te raden Fijne douche en mooie, nieuwe badkamer

Schönes Appartment und alles wie beschrieben.

Alles wie in der Anzeige dargestellt,sauber und modern. wir hatten nur Kominikationsprobleme bei der Übergabe mit der Service Kraft die das übernimmt,was aber daran liegt das wir kein französchisch sprechen, schön wäre gewesen wenn wir mit WhatsApp schreiben könnten da wir dann den Google Übersetzer benutzen können. Wir haben auch den netten Besitzer der Wohnung kennengelernt da der WLan Router defekt war. Er hatte zum glück WhatsApp und so konnten wir immer mit den Übersetzer schreiben. Wirklich Toll das er sich gleich um das Problem gekümmert hat und dann zweimal aus seiner Heimatstadt zu uns gefahren ist damit wir wieder WLan haben,einmal um uns ein Kabel zu bringen da das Lan noch ging und zwei Tage später um den neuen Router anzuschliessen. Vielen Dank Laurent. Auch bei der Abreise hat er uns geholfen da niemand zur Wohnungsübergabe gekommen ist und wir nicht mehr warten wollten, er hat das Problem sofort behoben. Dank laurent haben wir immer das Gefühl gehabt einen Ansprechpartner zu haben wenn wir mal Probleme haben. Wir hatten aber sonst keine und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir würden immer wieder diese Wohnung mieten und können sie nur weiterempfehlen.

Great place to stay!

This is our second time at this property and it's even better than before. It has wifi, AC, linens and a well equipped kitchen. It is quiet and close to the beach and shops/nightlife. The owner and property manager are responsive and very nice to work with. We will be returning to this spot for sure.

Second visit to Cap D'agde... if anything we enjoyed it even more than last year!

Stayed at the same apartment as last year courtesy of Laurent. Just the same... lovely place with lots of basics already provided so you don't have to go out and buy them. Pots, pans, wine glasses, cutlery, crockery etc all there and spotlessly clean. Highlight as last year, is the amazing sun terrace, which catches the sun from early morning to sunset. Complete with outside dining table, sun loungers, clothes airer and a fantastic, comfortable semi-circular seating unit, perfect to relax and the end of an evening. Ange, the concierge was as friendly and helpful as ever (even to the extent of giving us a ride back to the entrance when we sadly had to leave). Thanks Ange... really appreciated. Can't really add anything to the review we left last year. Great holiday in a great apartment. Can't recommend it highly enough and hoping to return in 2019. Si & Esther.
