Villa is very well done and creates a relaxing environment. Host was very welcoming and easy to communicate with. My only complaint would be the distance the villa is to things. It is somewhat secluded. A few restaurants and the beach are about a 15 minute walk but getting to the town of Chania definitely requires transportation.

We also appreciate your comment regarding the location. Joy’s Villas are set in a peaceful and quiet area, ideal for guests who wish to relax and enjoy a more private environment. At the same time, the closest beach is just across from the nearby hotels, approximately 4 minutes on foot from the villa. Depending on the wind and sea conditions, this beach can sometimes be more suitable for confident swimmers. For guests looking for calmer and more family-friendly options, there are also two lovely beaches nearby, both reachable on foot within approximately 10 minutes.
