This apartment is a preexisting unit that will undergo deep renovation October 2025 and will be ready before April 2026.

Vlamis consists of four adjoining single units and one separate unit of accommodation.

There is a large car parking area, a well tended lawn at the front and a magnificent good size swimming pool above the rocks on the waters edge.

There are 2 two bedroom apartments of 55sq.m. They consist of one twin and one double bedroom.On the sitting/dining area there are a sofa, a satellite TV and a table with chairs, the one side of the room there is the open plan kitchen, equipped with a 3 ring stove, oven, grill, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, squeezer and kitchenette. The sofabed can be used for a fifth person.

The bathroom is equipped with shower room. All bedrooms have air-conditioners. Linen and towels are provided. Both apartments have balconies with panoramic sea view and garden furniture. From the balconies stairs lead to the garden and the pool.

Guidance - We share with you all the basic information about the area and the town of chania(restaurants,museums,shops,beaches) and anything else you may need.

Cleaning service - Is offered twice weekly
Linen and towels change - Is offered twice weekly
Garden care - Is offered weekly
Pool cleaning - Standar cleaning is twice a week.The pool is cleaned more frequently if necessary.
