This stunning villa located in Zottegem in East Flanders is a beautiful 6-bedroom house that can comfortably accommodate 20 people. Perfect for a large group of families with children.

The villa is at the foot of the rolling hills of the Flemish Ardennes, in Zottegem. Zottegem is known as the 'Gateway to the Flemish Ardennes', and is a vibrant town with a busy town centre, 2.9 km away, and has restaurants and nightlife. It has an archaeological museum where you can see how people lived in prehistoric times, or visit the 19th-century country style of Breivelde Castle estate. Other nice destinations in the area include Oudenaarde, Kluisbergen and Ghent. There is a forest 1.9 km away, great for hiking and cycling, and a tennis court is 2 km away. There is also a lake 13 km away, and a bike rental 5 km way.

The villa itself has plenty to keep you amused. There is an outdoor swimming pool, an outdoor bar and a poolhouse that also contains a sauna with a shower. There is also a terrace, a garden with furniture, a barbecue, and billiards. If you are travelling with children, a children's bed and high chair is also available.

The nearest airport is Brussels Airport, 56 km away, and public transport is 2.9 km away. There is also a train station 5 km away, and a ferry port 80 km away.

Due to the peaceful nature of this property, it is not rented to groups of young people who wish to party.
