We have vacationed on Lake Martin for 10 years. This house was one of our favorites. Lake views from almost every room. Comfortable seating. Well equipped kitchen. Loved every aspect. Would rent this property again. Owners were very nice and responded quickly to questions. Would rate A-1!!!

The view was excellent .The fishing from the dock was a challenge but overall ok. The problem with the property was the overall condition. The flooring was coming up in the hallways, there was mold in the drip coffee pot, the rockers on the back deck were coming apart,and a lot of old or out of condiments in the refrigerator and cabinets. I think the house really needs a small renovation to address the issues and more comfortable chairs on the back porch. Also the wooden steps off the porch need a serious cleaning. Overall the stay was ok but a little over priced for what it’s described as.

What an awesome location and house. It’s really close to the lake with an awesome fire pit. The water is amazingly clear and clean, and the location is serene and quiet. Ward was an amazing host and quickly communicated with me. The kitchen is well stocked too! I plan to stay here again!

Wonderful place

Loved our second stay. Such a beautiful property with large firepit with sunset views. Kids loved to swim and canoe, caught several fish. Good communication with owner. Had a great time.
