This flat is all about location, and it truly delivers! Piccadilly Station is only steps away, Oxford Street is just as close, and we were able to easily walk to so many of the places we wanted to visit. The listing is accurate about there being no lift, so be ready for multiple flights of narrower stairs. The flat itself is a bit more lived‑in than the photos show, but it was very clean and comfortable. For us, the unbeatable location more than made up for the wear. Would absolutely stay again!

Great location- central to everything. No lift but stairs are very doable. Clean and well appointed.

The host was kind and helpful. The apartment overall was ok, but dated. The hall shower’s hot water handle fell off several times, while the master bedroom shower was impossible to regulate the temperate. The furniture in the living room was very uncomfortable; difficult to just sit and relax on such low-backed sofas. Brutal fourth floor to get large suitcases up /down stairs, no lift. The location, however, could not be beat. Close to Whole Foods, a good Italian restaurant downstairs, Piccadilly and its Underground, tons of shopping and entertainment.

We loved everything about our London flat. It was the perfect flat for 5 women. Centrally located so we could properly explore London in its entirety. Just steps away from a tube station, that allowed us to get everywhere very quickly. Plenty of dining choices within walking distance. Would stay again, and highly recommend for a girls group, or a family with children.
