Privat uteplats framför w / paraply omfattas bord och stolar. Privat tillbaka uteplats med solstolar, bistrouppsättning, gasgrill och festlig belysning. Tvättservice finns tillgänglig. En av gatan parkeringsplats för din bekvämlighet. Inga trappor från parkering till casita, hemmet ligger på en nivå. Alla ekologiska produkter levereras för din användning, inklusive tvätttvål som vi använder för dina lakan och handdukar. Rengöraren använder också gröna produkter.

We enjoyed our 3 week stay in Nancy’s cute casita. She is quick to respond to questions. Neighborhood very safe and easy walk to Balboa Park where there is a pool. Lots of close restaurants and cafes and a grocery store. We enjoyed sitting in the private and very quiet courtyard. The casita is located behind the house shown in listing picture. Washer/dryer is shared with front house

Absolute gem of a propery. Amazing location in North Park, two blocks from 10/7 bus lines for convenience and plenty of walkable food and shopping options. Host was so kind and responsive! I’m extremely grateful and will save it for possible future travel for sure.

Wife and I had a great time staying here. Casita has some privacy from the road, which was nice. Grocery store, gas station, a nice coffee shop, and a great Mexican place just a couple blocks away. Casita was well stocked with towels, soaps, pots and pans, and basic cooking supplies like oil and seasonings. Would absolutely recommend staying here while visiting the San Diego area. Home owner was very prompt and helpful with questions over VRBO.

Nancy's Casita is cozy and spacious for two people, with room for spreading out in the combined kitchen/living room. There are many thoughtful touches such as a makeup mirror in the bathroom and a kitchen with coffee, tea, and basics such as sugar, oil, and spices. The bathroom does not have much counter space, but there is a place to set things just outside the bathroom. I appreciated that there were plenty of clean towels and washcloths. There is a skylight in the bedroom; it took us a moment to find the controls for the automatic blinds, they are located in the closet alcove. The location was perfect, close to everything, with a great morning coffee place only steps away. Nancy was a good communicator, responding quickly to any questions. I would happily stay here again.

Great quiet location

The casita is very cute! It is in a great location from downtown. We parked in the driveway and used uber to get downtown. It was easy and cheaper than parking!The USS Midway was amazing. The casita is well appointed and has patios for sitting outside. The bbq is great too.It’s perfect for 2 people. We’d stay there again and highly recommend.

A place a couple can enjoy

The casita is well located in a very welcoming area of San Diego. Very quiet and comfortable. The place is well appointed and isgreat for a couple to enjoy the city. Located near to nice cafes and coffee shops. Grocery store is nearby. Street traffic is non existent so it is peaceful. Surprising place for one being located so close to the city.

Secure casita in nice neighborhood.

Nice small property, which is well stocked with dishes, pans, spices, coffee pot, coffee filters, lots of towels, extra bedding. TV in living room and bedroom.

Great location, great casita!

a lovely little cottage in the North Park area. Single floor so no upstairs neighbors, completely separate building that is well appointed and very comfortable. Highly Recommended!!

Terrific Casita

The owner of Great Casita provided excellent communication both before and after our stay. The directions to the property were clear, and the instructions for using the TV, skylight, and other features were easy to follow. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed—we only wished we’d stayed longer to take full advantage of it! The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed the Farmer's market held on Thursdays. Looking forward to next time!

Quiet and cute

The house felt very roomy and open. We didn't cook but the kitchen has tons of room and lots of ammenities! The bed is very comfortable with lots of pillow options amd the neighborhood was very quiet. There was a slight moldy smell in the house but we got used to it. The host was extremely friendly and reachable which was helpful when we needed her. Super happy about the driveway parking spot too!! Very close to everything!!

Everything we needed

After staying in this casita I have to wonder why I need a big house! This casita was so comfortable for my husband and me….it had everything we needed for the 3 days we were there. Great location in a quiet neighborhood and the driveway accommodated our vehicle nicely.

My name is Nancy Felton and I have been a Realtor in Seattle for 37 years. I have owned and operated 3 other vacation rentals for almost 10 years. San Diego is such a fun place that I purchased this property to make into a vacation rental so I can come and visit San Diego also.

I closed down the vacation rental is May of 2020 when everyone cancelled because of Covid and rented the property full time. Now I am ready to open again and continue with the vacation property. I am excited to be able to provide you with a great and enjoyable stay.

I just purchased this property in October, 2017 and was thrilled to be able to find a Spanish style home with a casita. That way I can come and visit also.

I fell in love with this neighborhood that is so close to everything, from 3 blocks to olympic size swimming pool to the local cafe only 1 block away. Minute drive to beaches, the zoo and Balboa Park. I also enjoy sharing my home with people from all over the United States and the world so they can enjoy this little piece of heaven.
