Prise en compte du logement dans un état de propreté inacceptable nous avons passé plus de deux d’heures à nettoyer pour bénéficier d un minimum d hygiène ( douche,wc ,tiroir à couverts, alèse du lit sale…..)Les casseroles sont également à changer toutes rayées.Point positif le logement est très bien placé proche mer et commerces et jolie terrasse .Aucun geste commercial m a été proposé concernant les désagréments

L'appartement est conforme a l'annonce, et oui même s'il y a un arbre la vue et la proximité de la plage sont bien là. Tout est accessible a pied. La place de parking est top. La clim est un bonus non négligeable.En bref appartement au top et localisation au top. Mon seul bémol : les oreillers...Et encore merci a Mr Martinez pour son accueil et sa disponibilité

Die Wohnung ist sehr einfach ausgestattet und entspricht einem 3 Sterne Standard.Es ist alles ein bischen alt und nicht in bestem Zustand aber für den Preis akzeptabel.Besonders angenehm ist der eigene Parkplatz auf dem abgerieglten Gelände.Die Wohnung ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen in der schönen Region.Leider war alles nicht so sauber wie erhofft; es it aber alles zum Nachreinigen vorhanden.Besonders nett war die Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter.Valras Plage ist nicht besonders hübsch, hat aber einen tollen Strand und viele recht gute Restaurants.

Merci pour cette belle parenthèse annuelle de congés estivales dans cette belle station de Valras. Merci pour ce joli logement où tout n’est que plaisir au quotidien. Propre, bien agencé, climatisé, à deux pas de la plage, à 10mn des principaux commerces, bref du plaisir et rien que du plaisir pour ce séjour. Merci au passage à Mr Martinez pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse. Je ne sais pas quand, mais on y reviendra !

Sehr zentrale Ferienwohnung, sehr nah am Strand und Stadtzentrum

Sehr gute zentrale Lage. Das Zentrum und Strand sind sehr nah und in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar (das Auto braucht man wirklich nicht). Seitlicher Ausblick vom Balkon zum schönen Strand ist nicht möglich, da der grosse Baum vom Nachbarn die Sicht verhindert (das Bild hier in der Beschreibung ist alt und nicht aktuell). Sehr gute Betten mit sauberen Matrazen, gut geschlafen, keine Rückenschmerzen. Bad und Küche sind starkt abgenutzt. Senseo Kaffeemaschine, Cerankochfeld und Kühlschrank funktionieren einwandfrei, andere Geräte haben wie nicht benutzt. Allgemeine Sauberkeit der ganzen Wohnung ist schlecht und kann noch besser sein. Parkplatz ist im Hinterhof auf der Rückseite des Gebäudes, sicher da Zufahrt durch verschliessbares Garagentor. WiFi / WLAN funktioniert sehr gut mit 2,4 GHz, sogar mit Videospiele ohne Störungen (5.0 GHz gibt es nicht), TV haben wir nicht benutzt. Ankunft, Abreise, Schlüsselübergabe, Kommunikation über WhatsApp und Goggle Übersetzer mit dem freundlichen Betreuer vor Ort unproblematisch trotz französischer Sprache.

Agréable appartement avec vue sur la mer

Deuxième année que nous louons cet appartement et que nous en apprécions toujours autant de profiter de son intérieur décoré avec goût, son balcon spacieux avec vue sur la plage et mer de Valras dans un quartier calme et toutefois assez proche du centre pour bénéficier de toutes les activités offertes par la ville.

L’emplacement est idéalement situé, à 1 min à pieds de la mer , sauf qu’elle n’est pas face à la mer mais de côté ... un détail... Très propre , avec tous les besoins nécessaires niveau équipements, ... il faudrait juste être plus précis au niveau de la caution , posez bien la question avant votre arrivée, Dans l’ensemble, très très bien rapport qualité prix ! Appartement très bien situé et dans secteur calme à la fois, place de parking sécurisée par portail. Prestations et propreté de l’appartement irréprochables et je suis un client exigeant. Le bien est conforme à l’annonce et aux photos. Bon accueil et propriétaire réactive aux demandes.
