In the shared garden, you'll find 6 showers with hot water and 4 toilets, which you can use after a day at the beach. A 3,500 m² garden shared with twelve other families features tables and chairs for al fresco dining, a barbecue for the exclusive use of the apartment, a fronton court, and a ping-pong table, all of which are free to use. Rackets and balls are provided in the house. There is also a small wooded area with hammocks, basketball hoops, and a punching bag. If you require a crib, high chair, or baby bathtub, please request them in advance and they will be provided free of charge. One car can be parked in the garden. There is a parking lot 20 meters from the house, owned by the municipality of Palamós. This parking is free year-round, except for June, July, August, and September, when a fee applies. The apartment is provided without sheets or towels; you can bring your own or rent them. A single sheet set costs €8, a double sheet set €15, and a towel set (one medium and one large) costs €4. The apartment is cleaned; you can do the final cleaning yourself or request it, in which case there will be an additional charge of €55. The apartment has a hot and cold inverter air conditioning unit located in the living/dining room, a butane gas heater, and a fan, all of which are free for your use.
