Villa Nika is a cozy property located in Ika, just 400 m from the sea and offering beautiful sea views. It is only 5 km from the charming town of Opatija.

The villa can host up to 10 guests and is divided into three separate apartments, each with a private entrance, rented as one accommodation unit.

The first apartment accommodates up to four guests and includes one bedroom with a double bed, a TV, and a terrace with sea views. The living room features a sofa bed, TV, air conditioning, a desk, and a dining table. The kitchenette is equipped with an electric stove, microwave, and refrigerator. There are two bathrooms: one with a bathtub, toilet, sink, and bidet, and another with a shower, toilet, and sink.

The second apartment is a studio and accommodates up to two guests. It offers a functional open-plan space with an extendable bed, air conditioning, and a TV. The kitchenette is equipped with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, and a dining table, suitable for preparing simple meals. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, sink, and a washing machine.

The third apartment is ideal for up to four guests. It features a bedroom with a double bed and a living area with a sofa bed, TV, and dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster, making it easy to prepare meals at your convenience. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and sink. The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning.

Guests staying at Villa Nika have plenty of opportunities to explore the surrounding area. The well-known Lungomare coastal promenade is nearby and offers scenic seaside walks connecting Ika with Lovran and Opatija. Several beaches are within easy reach, including Kvarner Beach (900 m) and Ičići Beach (1.3 km), ideal for swimming and relaxing by the sea, as well as Medveja Beach (4.1 km), known for its long pebble shore and natural surroundings.
