This large and beautiful villa is located in a small village on the Adriatic Sea near the beach in Kvarner Bay. The beautiful Villa Salvia can accommodate up to 10 adults and 2 children. The property is ideal for a relaxing holiday for those who want to spend it in a spacious house with breathtaking views of the Adriatic Sea close to the beach! There are 5 spacious bedrooms with air conditioning and TV, 5 en-suite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and living room with fireplace and dining area. One of the bedrooms is located in a separate apartment which has a separate entrance. In this flat there is also a kitchen and bathroom.



In the beautiful attic there is a children's playroom with two double beds.



The sea view of the blue Adriatic from the terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and dining area is even more amazing! For an even more enjoyable holiday, there is an indoor pool with hydromassage and jacuzzi. Villa Salvia has WiFi internet access, private parking for 4 cars and offers everything for a pleasant holiday. This large and beautiful villa is located in a small place Moenika Draga on the Adriatic Sea near the beach in the Kvarner Bay, near Opatija.



Moenika Draga is located at the foot of Mount Uka and was founded as a fishing village. Nowadays Moenika Draga is known for a beautiful 2 km long pebble beach called Sipar and a small marina. Here you can experience the Mediterranean atmosphere and beauty. There are also beaches with hidden coves and cliffs and a nudist beach.



The third largest Croatian city Rijeka is only 30 kilometres away from the villa. Rijeka is known for its long historical and cultural heritage, numerous restaurants, cafes, clubs, bars and events. If you want to experience even more, take a walk along the beautiful shore of Loungo Mare and experience the nightlife in the nearby town of Opatija - also known as the pearl of the Adriatic.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Villa Salvia. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr groß und zu elft (drei Familie) hatten wir alle ausreichend Platz. Die oben angeführte Ausstattung ist vorhanden (und mehr!), die Bilder vom Anwesen sind aktuell und stimmen mit der Realität überein. Von der Besitzerin wurden wir herzlich empfangen, durch das Anwesen geführt und sie nahm sich ausreichend Zeit uns alles zu zeigen und zu erklären. Natürlich gab es auch Information zum Ort und wo man gut essen kann. Der Strand ist über eine Treppe sehr schnell erreichbar und von dort ist man auch rasch im Ort. Es gibt leckere Möglichkeiten zum Essen und auch zum Einkaufen von Lebensmitteln. Der Ort ist hat nach meinem Empfinden die perfekte Größe für einen gemütlichen Urlaub. Für uns war es ein sehr entspannter Zeit mit einer tollen Unterkunft - der schönsten, die wir je hatten!

Besonders hervorzuheben ist der sehr nette Empfang durch die Vermieter Arianna Ottaviani Mrak. Ariana hat uns durch das Haus geführt und alles gezeigt. Die Villa ist sehr schön und man vermißt nichts. Besonders das Zimmer (für die Großeltern) mit Sicht aufs Meer ist nicht zu überbieten. Auch der Weg zum Badestrand ist kurz und der Strand läßt keine Wünsche offen. Großartiger Urlaub. Vielen Dank Familie Unzinge

Great villa, great environment and very kind people. We stayed one week, 4 families with kids. We were the 3rd time in Croatia and this was by far the best place! Takeover/Handover without any problems. The villa has in our opinion 10/10.. photos are very accurate, price/quality fully matching, beautiful views from the numerous terraces, great indoor pool for children and adults. Complete villa equipment (kitchen, grill, living room, bath rooms, etc.) provided. Nearby via stairs, by walking ca. 10 minutes very nice and calm Sv. Ivan beach, Bistro Rubin with delicious food (steak was great as well!!!) and Coco beach bar with great drinks (Long Island was top!!). Thank you for the great stay and we look forward to come back again!!!
