You'll be a quarter-mile stroll from the Palais des Festivals (the site of the Cannes Film Festival) and the port, half a mile northeast of Midi Beach, and three-quarters of a mile west of the beach, seaside promenade, and luxury boutiques of La Croisette. The neighboring Forville Market is open daily, and several excellent restaurants, including Bistrot Gourmand, are steps away.
