Why they chose this property
As a family, we travelled to Mont-Tremblant for many years to ski. Having recently experience The Laurentians in the summer season, we absolutely fell in love with Lac-Supérieur: the magnificent scenery, the stillness and all of the activities it offers.
What makes this property unique
Our Spahaus 7 is part of a private community of 28 high-end contemporary chalets, imagined and designed by Montreal's YH2 Architecture and nestled on the banks of Lac-Supérieur in the Laurentians' Mont-Tremblant region.
An incredible amount of care has been put in to the positioning and layout of the chalets. Each house blends into the natural contours of the land so that the other chalets are out of sight to ensure maximum privacy.
Out Spahus includes an indoor fireplace, outdoor hot tub, king-sized beds with balcony access to tree-house views, bath with tub and privilege access to Club de la Pointe's recreation and leisure activities.
The local area has everything you need: - 3-minute walk to L'Étalage Market (grocery store) with reasonably priced seasonal and local produce, meats, dairy, canned and baked goods, liquor (SAQ), general toiletries, post, papers and magazines; - 5-minute walk to Le Rustique Resto-Bar for artisanal local cuisine, drinks, and culture; - 6-minute/7 km drive to authentic Boulangerie la paysanne d'antan; - 10-minute/9 km drive to the beginning of Mont-Tremblant National Park with six great rivers and 400 lakes and streams for swimming, hiking and biking; - 6-minute/8 km drive to north side of Mont-Tremblant resort or a 20-minute/22 km drive to the south side; - 24-minute/22 km drive to Scandinavia Spa and Baths; - 30-minute drive to Golfing at Tremblant.
