Villa La Luz is a charming seafront property located just 10 metres from the shimmering waters of Binisafuller, with direct private access via a ladder into the sea. The picturesque sandy beach of Binissafua is a mere five-minute walk away, while the lovely village of Binibeca can be reached in just five minutes by car. Both Sant Lluís and Sant Climent are approximately an eight-minute drive, and the journey from the airport takes only 15 minutes, making this villa exceptionally convenient.



The villa is surrounded by a manicured garden with a grass lawn that stretches to the rocky shore, offering some of the most breathtaking sea views on the island. Guests can enjoy two spacious shaded terraces furnished with comfortable sofas, outdoor dining tables, and lounge seating—perfect for al fresco living. The peaceful and scenic surroundings make it ideal for those seeking relaxation and natural beauty.



Villa La Luz is tastefully decorated in a light, nautical style, with all living spaces set on a single level, creating an airy and cohesive flow. The main house features an open-plan living room and kitchen, a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom, and an additional shower room. An independent annexe offers a further double bedroom with its own en-suite, ensuring comfort and privacy for guests. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans.



The well-equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, refrigerator, oven, freezer, dishwasher, and a full range of utensils and small appliances including a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and juicer. Guests will also find a washing machine, iron, TV, DVD player, garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace, and Wi-Fi throughout the property. The villa is pet-friendly (except for dangerous breeds), offers step-free access, and has open-air parking available on-site.



Included in the rental are bed linen and towels (changed every 10 days), final cleaning, and internet access. Optional extras available at an additional cost include a cot (€5.00 per night), baby high chair (€50.00 per booking), bed guard (€2.15 per night), extra fans (€2.00 per night), pool towels (€2.00 per night), food pack (€50.00 per booking), maid service (€25.00 per hour), and a pet fee (€100.00 per booking).



The refundable security deposit for Villa La Luz is €500.00, held via credit card with the final payment. Tourist tax is included in the rental price. Check-in is from 16:00 to 00:00 daily, and check-out must be completed by 10:00. Please note that groups of young people under 25 are not accepted, and smoking is strictly prohibited.
