- La Croisette (300m), with its magnificent private beaches, internationally renowned palaces and luxury boutiques
- Rue d'Antibes (200m) undoubtedly the main shopping street of Cannes. Parallel to the Croisette, this street welcomes all types of shops and restaurants.
- The old city of le Suquet and the Marché Forville which houses market gardeners, fishermen and other local producers (900 m).
It can comfortably accommodate up to 2 people:

- Living room with open kitchen, dining area, sofa bed (140x190)
