Seasonal home near EVERYTHING! 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath
Brand new salt water pool with private backyard. (The backyard is very big, therefore, we are still renovating the yard OUTSIDE of the pool area. Done winter 2020. The pool area is finished).Our home is a non-smoking/no pets - 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bathroom with an outdoor shower too. So I considered it 2 baths:) The outdoor shower is great! The home is a 1957 concrete block Florida bungalow. Tile floors throughout. Tankless water heater!. Our bedrooms have one bed each: 1 king and 1 room with queen bed. We choose comfortable beds, because nobody has time for poor sleep! We love to cook so the kitchen is outfitted with great cooking essentials. The house also comes with bikes to take advantage of the unique nature of New Smyrna Beach, being a bike friendly town. We bike and walk everywhere! No need to drive your car! We are .50 miles directly down Oakwood Avenue to a beach boardwalk. Three houses down is the Intercoastal river. Walk down to say good morning with your Fiesta coffee mug! We are a 2 blocks to Flagler Avenue where we have some of the most delicious restaurants and party atmosphere. The calendar is not kept up-to-date. Please contact me for availability and flexible minimum/maximum stay.

My husband and I grew up in Orlando, Florida. We have been coming to New Smyrna Beach since we were both kids. Our dream was to own a house here! We love it and know you will love it too! We bought this house and furnished it this summer. We eventually will be renovating to make it a little bigger and adding a pool.
Why they chose this property
The location of this house is in a neighborhood setting that is quiet. We are 3 houses from the intercoastal. We will provide SUP boards and bicycles. You are only .50 miles from the beach and 1/4 mile to Flagler Drive. Right down our street 2 blocks is public tennis courts and basketball. On Flagler, 2 blocks from our house is shuffleboard! Flagler Drive is also where you will find the best nightlife and great restaurants and shops.
