Fantastique villa de 3 chambres avec piscine et à 50 pas de la plage de Sandy Blue Flag!

Cette magnifique villa récemment rénovée dispose d'une nouvelle piscine fabuleuse, d'une toute nouvelle cuisine, de volets électriques et de la climatisation. Avec un emplacement fantastique à côté de la plage, il y a même une porte du jardin arrière pour un accès rapide à la plage qui est à environ 50 pas!

Du charmant couloir de la villa, des escaliers mènent à la cuisine, à la salle de bains et au salon / salle à manger qui donnent sur une véranda ensoleillée avec vue sur la mer. Les chambres sont au rez-de-chaussée, à quelques pas du hall d'entrée.

La nouvelle cuisine est impeccablement propre avec beaucoup de rangement et tous les appareils, casseroles et poêles dont vous aurez besoin pour vos vacances ainsi qu'une petite table de petit-déjeuner utile. il y a aussi un petit garde-manger au large de la cuisine. Le salon a un style traditionnel avec des canapés confortables et des fauteuils, une télévision avec des chaînes internationales, un DVD et la salle à manger adjacente a une table avec des sièges pour 6 qui a une belle vue sur la mer depuis les portes de la véranda spacieuse où il y a une table et des chaises offrant des options de restauration en plein air avec vue sur la mer. De là, une petite porte s'ouvre sur un escalier extérieur menant à la piscine.

Au rez-de-chaussée, la chambre principale en suite s'ouvre sur un grand patio avec table et chaises et la piscine au-delà. Il est joliment meublé avec des lits jumeaux, des armoires encastrées et des volets électriques. La salle de bains privative de catégorie supérieure comprend une baignoire avec douche, un bidet et des toilettes.
La maison dispose de la climatisation et il y a des volets électriques avec moustiquaires et il y a un barbecue électrique près de la piscine.

Cette super villa est idéale pour une famille ou pour les couples qui souhaitent une magnifique villa confortable avec piscine privée et vue sur la mer dans un emplacement privilégié à côté de la plage, des restaurants et des magasins.

Votre propre espace privé, mais tout à distance de marche, donc pas besoin de voiture!

This property was amazing! For a family of five, the rooms were appropriate and comfortable. Lots of room to sit both inside and out. Patio overlooked Praia de Luz and the ocean. Location was within a five minute walk to everything. No need for a car, if that’s what concerns you, as restaurants, grocery and bus stops are so close. 15 min bus to Lagos (every half-hour), so running into the bigger city was a breeze. Lots of hikers and cyclists as the region is located on one of the regions beautiful trails. Definitely a family-oriented region. Beach was beautiful. Shallow areas as well as areas for surf and paddleboards. Food was amazing … at all the restaurants we ate at.For folks coming from North America, bring a converter (or two). Flights into Faro is recommended but we flew to Lisbon and took a train to Lagos. Our route was fine, seeing the countryside and chatting with locals. Faro has flights to Morocco that we would have used if we had more time. If you rent a car, the roads are well-marked and smooth. Using an eSIM was easy and cheaper than a European plan for our cellphones. Travel sites recommend Bolt/Uber ride share but cabs are almost the same cost … especially when you use the same guy (get their business card).We are definitely coming back to the Algarve and this rental agency.

We had a wonderful stay in Luz. The house is perfectly located near the beach. Quiet neighbourhood. Furniture needs an update, as well as the kitchen equipment. But generally very content.

Perfect spot on Praia Luz with easy walking to beach, restaurants, groceries and pharmacies. Some minor annoyances like a rattling fan in the master ensuite and a dining chair in need of repair but overall excellent layout and plenty of room inside and out. Suggestions provided by the host of places to eat and explore both locally and within easy driving distance were much appreciated! Highly recommended!!

Great beach front location

Location of this apartment is excellent if you want a beach vacation. The response of the property manager is excellent. When we checked in, there was a minor issue with the shower in one of the bathrooms. Clara responded immediately and a plumber arrived and fixed the problem within 2 hours. Fantastic service!!One suggestion we have would be to leave a small welcome kit with rudimentary kitchen supplies. (coffee, salt, pepper, olive oil.)Bottom line, we recommend this property for a beach vacation. Thank you!!

Very much enjoyed ourselves

The listing was very close to the beach. We could here the waves hit the beach on a windy day. Having a pool and outside shower was great also. It was used everyday. We didn’t use the tv. It had everything we needed, pots/pans/dishes/utensils, except for a full roll of toilet paper and was absent of any spices, including salt or pepper which was more an irritant than anything else. I would recommend it to family member or friends that were visiting the area

Amazing long-term stay

We had a wonderful 6-week stay at this lovely home! The place was spotless, well-equipped, and in a truly marvelous location. It was perfect for our family, including my parents and two young kids. We appreciated the weekly cleaning service, and the pool and gardens were meticulously maintained. The property management contact was kind and very helpful. The blackout blinds and awning were excellent features, and the AC ensured we stayed cool and comfortable. If I had to point out anything, the beds were a bit firm for our taste, and the water pressure could have been stronger. However, these were minor issues in an otherwise fantastic experience. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to return in the future!

We had read reviews, but were told things had been updated. Had some difficulties with WIFI and appliances since we don’t speak Portuguese. Draperies and bedding and Pillows need updating or just removed as well as a moldy and tattered shower curtain. It doesn’t cost much to leave a full roll of toilet paper or a trash bag or two. The regular hostess was out of the country and her daughter was stepping in while she was gone. We had to email her to come show us where the unit was. The living room furniture is dirty, needs steam cleaning maybe. Or replacing. Underneath the beds was a lot of dirt. We had to ask several times for a drying rack. The condo was ok if you don’t mind really out of date unclean furnishings and some bulbs were burned out and we never got the TV remote to work well, may need batteries.

Thank you for taking the time to review this popular house close to Luz beach. Feedback is always useful, but your rating is disappointing. This is a traditional style villa close to the beach with lots of happy repeat guests. We did everything we could to make your stay as pleasant as possible and we are very sorry that you felt compelled to leave a negative review. The staff are normally very conscientious about cleaning, so we’re surprised and very sorry if everything was not up to the usual high standard of cleanliness. The manager is very quick to resolve any issues, but it is always best to report these things while you are there rather than suffer in silence. In Portugal appliance instructions are not always in English, although they may be in 30-odd other languages, as we explained. However, the facia symbols & markings on the dials/switches are nearly universal on most appliances now. Sorry you had any initial difficulty with the internet, as connection details are clearly displayed in the villa. A new drying rack was swiftly provided once alerted about this, and you did praise the speed of the arrival of a new rack in your note of thanks. We will pass your suggestions to the owner for consideration.

Die Unterkunft hat eine vorzügliche Lage: von Empore sieht man auf den öffentlichen Parkplatz vor der Tür, den Strand und das Meer. In der Tat nur ein Tigersprung bis dorthin. Gleich um die Ecke die Strandpromenade mit Gastronomie. Die Küche fällt zwar sehr klein aus, ist aber mit allem ausgestattet, was man man brauchen könnte. Besonderer Pluspunkt für das verschiebbare Insektengitter!

Semester i Luz

Trevligt boende med vacker utsikt över havet. Lugnt och skönt, nära till havet, restauranger och affärer. Det enda minus var sängarna som var väldigt hårda och svåra att koppla av och sova i. Det hade gjort underverk med en tjock bäddmadrass eller helt nya lite mera komfortabla sängar.
