Villa avec piscine privée chauffée et vue sur la mer

Casa Joja est une jolie maison de terrasse en fin de baie de Luz et est idĂ©ale pour une fĂȘte de 4 adultes et 2 enfants. Il est situĂ© dans une impasse calme au centre du village de Luz et Ă  seulement quelques minutes Ă  pied de la plage, des restaurants et des supermarchĂ©s. La piscine peut ĂȘtre chauffĂ©e si nĂ©cessaire (coĂ»t supplĂ©mentaire Ă  convenir). Il dispose de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains. La chambre principale a un lit king-size et une grande salle de bains, tandis que la chambre bleu moyen a des lits jumeaux. La troisiĂšme chambre a Ă©galement des lits jumeaux. Toutes les chambres ont des armoires encastrĂ©es. Un coffre-fort avec code peut Ă©galement ĂȘtre utilisĂ©. .L'escalier menant au grand coin salon a une porte d'escalier in situ, la salle Ă  manger peut accueillir jusqu'Ă  10 personnes (table extensible). La maison bĂ©nĂ©ficie d'une grande cuisine moderne bien Ă©quipĂ©e et d'un salon ouvert donnant sur une terrasse extĂ©rieure avec une grande table et des siĂšges et de belles vues sur la plage de Luz.

This place is perfect! So homely, clean, 2 minute walk to the beach, supermarket, bars, restaurants. Such a clean and homely place with nice touches such as games and books and tasteful plants and photos on the wall. Nice towels, bedding, all bedrooms were a good size with lots of storage. Large kitchen with everything you need. Beautiful views, not overlooked at all so private and peaceful - we had the best time and didn't want to leave!
Such a beautiful sea view - even at night you could see the moon reflected in the sea.
The pool was clean and cool, perfect for relaxing in.

Charmante maison de ville, idéalement située

Maison idéale pour un séjour en Algavre : à 5min à pieds de la mer, chambre avec accÚs direct à la piscine, des commerces à proximité... Je conseille fortement. Petit : la maison fait plus grande en vrai que sur les photos et la vue est trÚs jolie de la terrasse : une belle surprise en arrivant !

May stay 2025

The Villa was a great find, great facilities and close to the beach and town. 5 mins walk from supermarket with everything else on ypur doorstep. We had a party of 3 so ample space as it can sleep up to 6 people. Airport is about 90kms away which is about an hour travelling time. The whole experience was easy too with thorough instructions to check in. Would thoroughly recommend.

Vacances septembre 2024

Le logement est agréable et bien situé. Les renseignements fournis pour la localisation sont clairs et précis. Le logement est propre et bien équipé. La piscine est agréable, pas trÚs grande mais suffisante avec un plus pour les équipements fournis (jeux d'eau, bouée,...) . Le seul petit bémol serait la qualité des matelas ( mais cela est trÚs personnel) et le fait d'entendre les voisins dans les chambres s'ils sont bruyants. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un logement trÚs agréable que je recommenderais sans problÚme.

Location! Location! Location!

Villa Joja is quietly situated but amazingly only 5 minutes walk from everything that Praia da Luz has to offer. It was our first visit and we thoroughly appreciated the variety and quality of local bars and restaurants. The villa is very well equipped and was exceptionally clean. We particularly enjoyed spending time on the upper terrace which has lovely sea views. It was an exceptionally relaxing and stress-free holiday. Thank you James and Janet

Great location

Can’t beat the location. Just minutes to beach, grocery and several restaurants. We had an issue with the grill which was replaced within 24 hours! Thanks, we’ll be back for sure!

A wonderful dose of sand, sea and sunshine.

A short stroll from a lovely beach that was perfect for our granddaughters, aged 2 & 4. Delightful accommodation, fantastic early October weather (26C and sunshine every day), good village atmosphere and restaurants. Found the directions on how to get there confusing - just find Baptista Supermarket (easy with the SatNav) and it is 2 minutes walk away. Problems with the washing machine were sorted out quickly and efficiently. Many thanks for a relaxing and refreshing holiday.

Best villa

Having stayed in Luz numerous times, I have to say that this was the best villa for location and space that we have stayed in. 4 stars for accuracy of the villa in the pictures because it is much nicer in real life. Definitely follow the instructions on the site to find the villa- google maps sent us in the wrong direction. Villa was spotless and the pool was great fun (definitely get it heated if you’re going at this time of year). Literally only a five minute walk to the front (and that’s with me on a crutch and having to walk slowly). Thank you so much for having us!

Superb family holiday

Efficient extremely helpful manager and owner and maid. Location is fabulous, close to the sea with a relaxing and inviting sea view. Quiet area, well resourced villa with comfortable beds. Door blinds keep rooms cool but also dark during the evening. We all adored the well maintained pool, particularly during the heat wave.

Amazing Villa in amazing location

We had a fabulous week at the villa - family of 5. It is spacious and well equiped and very comfortable. It has an amazing view of the sea from the terrace which is not obvious from the photos - we arrived at night and when we opened the shutters in the morning we were amazed. Location could not be better, a quite neighbourhood but right by great restaurants, the supermarket and a couple of minutes walk from the beach. Couldn't recommend more.

Great villa with welcome pool

We had a great Stay at Casa Joja, the weather was fantastic and being so close to the beach was very convenient. The small but very nice pool in the back garden was most welcome in the extremely warm weather. We had an issue with one of the fans (no actual air con but fans were effective) and this was resolved very quickly. We also needed to leave our bags before our later flight on the last day and this was no problem for the hosts which was appreciated. One thing that would have been helpful was a small welcpme pack ... perhaps some water and milk in the fridge, tea and coffee, oil and salt/pepper for cooking. This could even be offered as an extra and would make a real difference especially when arriving late. Overall a great stay tho!

Great villa

Lovely villa in a great location, stayed in Luz many times. Quiet area and lovely to have the pool. A few things could be updated in the villa, toilet seat especially. The only real complaint was the bed in the master room, one of the most uncomfortable things we have slept in, definitely needs changing.
