La propriĂ©tĂ© est Ă  seulement 250 mĂštres du centre de Luz et de sa plage principale, des restaurants, des bars, des cafĂ©s et des magasins. Cette propriĂ©tĂ© climatisĂ©e est de construction rĂ©cente, joliment dĂ©corĂ©e et meublĂ©e Ă  un niveau trĂšs Ă©levĂ©. The view from this villa was absolutely stunning. The villa itself was spotless, beds were comfortable and the main living area was spacious. Villa was also within walking distance of several restaurants, supermarket and public sandy beach. Property Manager was responsive to any questions and very pleasant. If we were to return to Portugal I would stay here again!

Property is excellent; unit is nicer than the photos show! Location just outside the town centre is perfect; 3 minute walk yet dark and quiet at night. All good, 5 stars all around.

Exceeded expectations! Spectacular!

We loved everything about this property. The view is incredible and the way the house it's set back from and above the road makes it very private. The house is spacious, nicely furnished, and very well equipped. Underground garage was very convenient. The town and beach are a short and pleasant walk away, and we really loved the vibe there. Plenty of restaurants and shops, but never so busy that you couldn't get a seat. The beach was gorgeous and wide, with plenty of umbrellas and lounges to rent. Water was definitely cold, but very clear and refreshing. We enjoyed every minute at this property and hope to be back some day!

Beautiful View and Quiet Stay

Our family was looking for a quiet place to enjoy being by the ocean and this house was a wonderful fit. Hearing the waves at night was a dream come true. The town of Luz was optimal for us as well as it had just enough of everything to keep us fed and entertained. The walk to the two nearby grocery stores is pleasant. The walk to the beach is easy with towels and beach supplies in tow. We want to come back.

Fantastic property!

We spent 4 days at the property and it was amazing! The best part of it in my opinion is the view onto the ocean and nearby cliffs. Really a great spot to sit out while taking in the view. It’s absolutely gorgeous! The villa is modern and seems to have been completely renovated. It’s a quiet area but you can walk to the restaurants and bars in a few minutes. The beach is not much further. Lagos is maybe a 10min drive as well if you want something more. We found this to be a perfect location. The underground parking is a bonus if you have a car. It’s tight but easily doable. There is a small pool, but we didn’t get a chance to use it. Looks like it would be a nice spot to take a dip if the weather was warmer. Overall we loved this place and would definitely return. Thank you!

Breathtaking

Amazing view of the ocean. Huge villa with everything you need, the underground parking is such a treat. Less than 10mins walk from the beach, but in a quiet spot. The pictures really don't make it justice, it is simply wonderful

Traumurlaub in einer Traumunterkunft

wir hatten hier einen traumhaften Urlaub! und das obwohl wir in der ersten von zwei Wochen viel Regen hatten. aufgrund des atemberaubenden Meerblickes und dem GerĂ€usch der Wellen kann man die Zeit nĂ€mlich trotzdem genießen. Das Haus ĂŒberzeugte uns in allen Bereichen: Lage, Ausstattung, Ambiente und Service. Jane ist eine fabelhafte und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. wenn wir ĂŒberhaupt irgendetwas vermisst haben, dann den Staubsauger fĂŒr die vielen Brösel unserer beiden kleinen MĂ€dls. aber der vorhandene Handbesen hat uns gute Dienste geleistet. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! Danke, das wir hier sein durften.

Perfect

High quality property in perfect location. The house is large and finished to a very high standard, with top end equipment fitted to kitchen and bathrooms. It overlooks the sea and is a short level stroll into the village. The pictures shown are very poor, and really don't do the place justice.

We never imagined we'd own a holiday property as we love to travel and explore new places. We had our first holiday in the Algarve with our little boy, then 2. We stayed in one of the 6 properties that make up Ocean View. We had a fantastic time. It got us thinking about how relaxed family holidays would be if we knew what to expect when we got there. The idea of going somewhere new and different made our little boy rather anxious. 2 years later we returned to Praia da Luz having decided to try and buy a property. We couldn't quite believe it when Ocean View 4 was available to buy just when we were visiting. Having compared this to lots of other properties, we just couldn't beat the location and view - so peaceful and relaxing.

We just love the location. A view to enjoy and photograph time after time. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and bars. Far enough away from everything to be peaceful.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Ocean View is truly a view you'll want to photograph and enjoy day after day! You will also enjoy the spaciousness of the inside of the villa. Even when the villa is full with 6 adults you will still feel like there is plenty of space for you all. The upstairs balcony is a great place to hide away and read your book. The shared swimming pool is in a lovely location again with a fab view and it can be a bonus that the noise of the pool is set far enough away that it won't disturb. For people with very young children, not having a pool immediately outside your sliding doors can be a relief, no need to worry the little ones will venture out on their own. We visit twice a year at the beginning and end of the season to enjoy a holiday and to check the place over. We take pride in knowing it is well equipped and well presented.
