For your convenience, we offer airport pick-up service from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport at a fixed rate:
– €65.00 for a midsize car
– €75.00 for a van (ideal for families or larger groups)

The tram stop for Line 26 is just a 7-minute walk from the villa and takes you directly to Amsterdam Central Station in only 12 minutes — a fast and scenic route into the heart of the city.

The Water Villa also has easy access to major highways, offering quick connections to Schiphol Airport and surrounding cities like Utrecht, Haarlem, and The Hague.

Additionally, there are bus stops just around the corner, with routes to many local attractions and neighborhoods across Amsterdam.

We kindly request that you provide additional travel details and your expected arrival time in advance. Once we receive this information, our team will follow up with further details regarding your check-in.

Check-In Process
The host or property manager will contact you directly to arrange your check-in. Please note that late check-in after 6 PM may be possible in consultation with your host and may incur an additional fee. Late check-in after 9 PM is available on request.

Security Deposit
A security deposit of EUR 500 is required for incidentals. The deposit payment details are securely stored after your reservation is confirmed but are not charged or authorized unless the host makes a claim. Hosts have up to 14 days after your checkout date to make a claim for damages. Depending on the extent of the damages, the amount claimed may differ from the deposit.
