Cosy 1 bedroom apartment in a historic canal house in a quiet and very popular residential area on the Amsterdam city island 'Prinseneiland', The island is like an old fashioned village within the center of Amsterdam, and is inhabited by a nice mixture of artists, expats and traditional Amsterdam people, close to the canals and main city’s attractions.

The apartment has a very nice feel with an 'authentic' style, an open, fully equipped kitchen in the living-room, a private bathroom with shower, wireless internet, a TV with international channels and of course a coffee maker.
Everything in this apartment is in great condition!

The neighbourhood is ideal located at about a 10 minutes walking distance from the busy city center with lots of restaurants and shops, The Ann Frank House, the Central Railway Station, the Red Light District, Dam Square and Westerpark and 3 nice markets on Mondays (arts and crafts-), Wednesdays (organic-) and Saturdays (farmers-).
In short, the perfect place to stay when in Amsterdam!

Bookings are only for 2 guests max, a baby is counted as 1 person according to the local rules!

The apartment had all the essentials and Emmy was super helpful with tips and advice about the area. We stayed in the first floor apartment. In a great location - quiet area but walking distance to all the happenings, the train station, grocery store, restaurants, etc. It was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped and the washing machine was an added bonus. The host met us upon arrival and was very helpful with directions, recommendations for things to do/see, etc.
