We invite you to our Boheme Floriańska Apartments, located in the heart of Krakow, right next to one of the most beautiful historic squares in Europe. This place combines the comfort of modernity with the atmosphere of a historic city, offering a comfortable stay in close proximity to Krakow's most important tourist attractions.

The Space:
Our apartments are located on one of the most prestigious streets in Krakow – Floriańska 29, in the very heart of the Old Town. They offer a spacious and comfortable stay, perfect for couples, families, or groups of friends. The apartment interiors have been designed with attention to detail, combining modernity with the unique atmosphere of Krakow, offering comfort and everything needed for relaxation and an independent stay in the city center. The apartments also retain unique wall paintings, which give the interiors a distinctive character, blending the historic atmosphere with modern amenities.
Guests have access to:
A fully equipped kitchen – induction hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven with microwave function, coffee maker, electric kettle, set of dishes, pots, and cutlery, as well as basic spices, coffee, tea, and sugar, ensuring comfortable conditions for self-catering, and a washing machine.

Two separate bedrooms, providing privacy and comfort, with high-quality hotel linens and a wardrobe.

A spacious living room with a fold-out sofa, perfect for relaxing together or unwinding after a day of sightseeing. The living room also features a table with chairs.

A modern bathroom – equipped with a shower, a set of towels (bath and hand towels, bath mat), a hairdryer, and hotel toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner), ensuring convenience and comfort.

Guests have access to the entire apartment and the building. Everything is included in the price and available for their use, including professional hotel-quality bedding, shower gel, shampoo, and other essentials.

Additionally, from the apartments, it’s easy to reach Wawel Castle, Kazimierz, and the Planty Park, all of which captivate with their history and atmosphere.

Basztowa: Situated on Basztowa Street, near the Florian Gate, around 300 meters from Floriańska Street. Served by tram and bus lines.

Distance from the Main Train Station:
The Main Train Station (Kraków Główny) is only about a 10-minute walk from the apartments, making it quick and convenient to reach the city’s main transportation hub.

Due to the character and location of the apartment, we kindly ask you to follow our House Rules. In particular, please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM (hosting parties is strictly prohibited). Smoking is prohibited both inside the apartment and throughout the entire property.
