Sandpiper Condo at Carpinteria Beach

This beautiful condo has a unique open floor plan with top-of-the line Bosch appliances in the kitchen, including range, oven, and under-counter fridge. There’s a microwave, coffeemaker, even a wine chiller and stocked spice rack.

In the living room, there’s a flat screen TV, WiFi, books and games, and a queen size sleeper sofa. There’s also a radio and a faux fireplace heater to complete the atmosphere.

Perfect for a romantic weekend getaway or small family vacation at the “World’s Safest Beach.”

Upstairs, a queen size bed, all new bathroom with stall shower. Beach towels are provided, and it’s just one block to the sand, across the street from the Salt Marsh Nature Park.

IMPORTANT: This condo is suitable for up to 4 persons but not if you're all adults. You wouldn't be comfortable. The queen bed is right for a couple but a sofa bed is appropriate for 1 adult or 2 children.

Our favorite place to stay when we are in Carp!

This is our fifth day at this wonderful fully stocked condo. Our kids camp at the at the campground. We hang out there all day and into the evening and then come back to the condo and it’s perfection.

Can’t beat the peace and quiet! Very comfortable and an easy walk to the beach, in fact an easy walk to any where in Carp. Excellent care from the ownership team. The cleaning crew was not qualified and did not live up to the owner’s standards ( that’s why the one star) BUT our entire cleaning deposit was returned.

Location location location

I loved the location of this thoughtfully appointed home. Stayed for a business trip and the highlights were am & pm walks on the beach and salt marsh. Check in and out were easy. Note that there is no AC, which is generally not an issue in Carp but could be a bit warm if staying during a heat wave. Overall, recommend!

Lovely Condo in excellent location

We loved our stay at the Sandpiper condo! It was very clean and well stocked. A bit tight for us and our two teenaged girls but we were just there for two nights so it was fine. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach, right across from the salt marsh, and close to all the restaurants and shops in the downtown area. We loved it and highly recommend!

Another Wonderful Getaway at Carpinteria Beach

This was our 4th year in this condominium complex, but our first in this beautifully appointed unit just one block from the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and shops in Carpinteria.

Peaceful

Overall it was wonderful. Great location so close to the beach and we loved walking the paths of the Nature Reserve. Our favorite part was the wonderful kitchen we could cook in. We would definitely come back again.

Perfect Getaway!

Wonderful location, quiet, clean, and comfortable. We felt right at home in this sweet condo by the sea. Everything was perfect for celebrating our wedding anniversary. Great kitchen, comfy bed, awesome shower. Loved walking around nature preserve and in town. Would love to return someday soon!

Relax in Carpinteria

Lovely property located near the beach and within walking distance of downtown Carpinteria. Neighbors are nice. The complex is quiet. Perfect for two.

Anyone who has dried fennel as a spice option for guests has my recommendation...that, and a nearby walk around the marsh, a cliff-side walk along the Pacific, a book on the history of Carpinteria in the reading room, efficient kitchen,...great (but quite small) place.

Extraordinary Condo

I really enjoyed My stay here. What a Kitchen. This Condo has so many unique features and just a half of a block from the beach. The Salt Marsh and Nature Trail is across the street. On Thursday’s I enjoyed going to the Farmers Market in downtown about 4 blocks away. I’m coming back soon for an even longer stay!

In the perfect spot

Very cute and comfortable well put together quiet area and in the perfect spot few steps from the beach and right across the street from the salt marsh. It was easy to get a hold of Kyle. Move to California

We have moved to Carpinteria to start a new job. We rented the place for a month to start working and looking for a permanent place to stay. This temporary house was a perfect choice as it has all needed inventory already that you need for daily live, and even more it is very lovely furnished and decorated. Best is also the location from where it is only a short walk to the beach. Overall we enjoyed the stay and would recommend the place for hollidy or temporary stay.
