DECEMBER SPECIAL AT CARPINTERIA BEACH

This beautiful one bedroom condo has been completely renovated - just completed in April 2023. Everything is brand new, with a spacious open floor plan, new furnishings and appliances and tile floors. It has a king size bed, queen sofa bed, a modern faux fireplace, and a 65” smart TV. In the kitchen, a range, microwave, dishwasher, etc. The bathroom boasts a walk-in shower with lovely stone floor and separate vanity. The La Cabana complex offers a pool and is just across the street from Carpinteria’s “World’s Safest Beach.” Walk to the Salt Marsh Nature Preserve, Tomol playground, and downtown shops and restaurants.

Exception to Cancellation Policy: If you cancel and someone else books your time, you'll receive a refund for the portion of your reservation that they book.

Walking distance to the beach and food. Property was super clean!! Would stay here again. The pool was heated which was nice.

Clean and Perfect Location!

Very clean, bed was comfortable, kitchen was all updated, and you just can't beat the proximity to the beach! The complex overall itself was nice too, parking was no problem.

Great place close to the beach

Beautiful remodel within walking distance to the beach and shopping. Communication with the owner was a breeze and very easy to communicate with. Would definitely book again in the future.

Our stay in Carpinteria was absolutely wonderful! The condo was clean, cozy, and perfectly located just a short walk to the beach, downtown shops, and great restaurants. The space was comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, even making an exception to allow our family to stay together, which we truly appreciated. It made the trip even more special. Carpinteria itself is such a charming, peaceful beach town, and La Cabaña was the perfect home base to enjoy it all. We left with full hearts, beautiful memories, and a promise to come back. Thank you Kyle for such a wonderful stay.

Great location in carpinteria

Was a great spot. Parking right there by unit and easy. Short walk to quiet part of beach. Walked downtown to coffee and restaurants. Was really nice the unit provided 2 beach chairs and 2 boogie boards. The only thing that was challenging for us was there were no beach towels, would have been a nice addition to the items provided.

Lovely Updated Condo

This condo was updated, clean and modern. We've stayed in other condos in this community and this one is the nicest we've seen. It is super close to parking, the on-site pool and the beach.

Everything was perfect however I never could understand how to operate tv and had trouble with the door lock would have preferred a key but being of advanced age was probably the reason!

Great Location, nice renovation.

We’ve been coming to Carpinteria for 20 years and absolutely love the small, quaint feel of this town. The apt. is steps from the beach. First time stay in this complex. The renovation is modern with everything you need. Loved the local decor and flavor of the place. We’ll reach out to the company who rents this in the future.

Carp Girls Weekend

I grew up in Carpinteria and come back as often as possible. This condo accommodated me and my BFFs for a fabulous girls weekend. The condo was modern and clean, spacious enough for dinner with guests and playing dice games... steps to our favorite beach and walks around town. The property manager was responsive to any questions and we felt well cared for. The neighbors were very nice too! We look forward to staying here again!

Wonderful condo less than a block from the beach

My husband and I stayed here for a week and loved it! The condo was beautiful and clean. We loved everything about it. The kitchen was stocked with all of the dishes, pots and pans, and appliances we needed, but be aware that there were no staples such as coffee, sugar, flour, oil, or spices - just salt and pepper. There was a very small amount of dish soap and dishwasher pods, and only a few rolls of toilet paper. The location was excellent and we enjoyed the nearby beach and restaurants.

Impeccable!

This unit is absolutely gorgeous! Loved the open floor plan concept with large windows and ceiling fans in the living and bedroom. Spacious and beautifully remodeled! Bathroom has a spa like feel to it and even included organic soaps. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The location was perfect…steps from the beach. Huge plus…beach chairs, umbrella, ice chest and boogie boards (brand new) were available. This is the nicest unit we’ve rented in Carpenteria. Exceeded our expectations!
