Charming house in Silvallana (Taramundi) with two floors in the middle of nature for 4 people, ideal for disconnecting. With impressive views and a unique natural environment. The property has a mountainous land of 6000 square meters in the middle of the Biosphere Reserve. Partially fenced land. Perfect for a rural getaway. Kitchen and toilet on the ground floor. Main floor with living room with double sofa bed and fireplace (gloves and firewood are outside) and spacious double bedroom with a large wardrobe, which opens to a small corridor that connects to the living room and bathroom through an arch (no door), but the room is independent. A full bathroom and a toilet for greater comfort. Equipped with wifi on the main floor, it has 2 loungers, outdoor table and chairs and a small top-loading washing machine.

Ideal for hiking routes and rest.



Food and grocery stores, personal care products, pharmacy, bank, restaurants, and hotels are located in Taramundi, 12 kilometres from the house. Vegadeo, through which the Way of St. James passes, is about 20 kilometres away. Beaches such as Peñarronda are 30 minutes away. The airport in Oviedo is approximately one hour and a quarter away.



It has 2 parking spaces included in the reservation price. From the parking area, you descend to the house through stone stairs or a path located under the hórreo. The latter is not available for rent.



In a rural tourism environment and sheltered by lush mountains, the presence of insects is inevitable.



Additional rules to take into account:



Please note that parties or bachelor/bachelorette parties are not allowed in the house. If any type of disturbance to neighbours occurs or the accommodation rules are breached, a fine of 300 euros will be applied. There is a security camera installed on the exterior part of the house door monitoring the outside of the property.
