The Space:
Please note the hot tubs are on a hire basis and not stored at the property - For hires up to one week long we charge £180 for the Orbis and £200 for the Quatrospa. They deliver and setup up the hot tub so it is ready to use or left heating depending on the utilities available. The hot tub company leaves a full water treatment set with the guests with detailed instructions on how to care for the hot tub over the hire. If there are any issues the hot tub company are their first port of call and can either advise you over the phone or attend site if necessary.

This spacious retreat boasts eight well-appointed beds across five bedrooms, offering ample space for everyone to relax and recharge.
The sleeping arrangements include a luxurious king-size bed in the master bedroom, two double beds in the other bedrooms, and five single beds in the remaining bedrooms.
We also have a sofa bed in the library.
Three full bathrooms and one half bathroom ensure convenience for all guests. The heart of the home features two comfortable living areas, perfect for cozy evenings by the indoor fireplace or unwinding with a movie on the TV.
The fully equipped kitchen invites culinary adventures, complete with modern appliances like a dishwasher, oven, and microwave, as well as a coffee maker and toaster for your convenience.
Enjoy meals together in the separate dining room, which provides seating for everyone. Outside, a garden, outdoor seating area offer a tranquil space to enjoy the fresh Yorkshire air, including a great space for kids with an outdoor trampoline and goal posts.
Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. The house also features a garage and private entrance for your ease.

Local pubs, farm shops, and traditional Yorkshire hospitality are all close by, giving guests a truly authentic rural experience in the heart of North Yorkshire.
Getting Around:
Lothersdale is a peaceful rural village, so we recommend bringing a car to make the most of your stay. There is private parking available at the property, and the surrounding area is easy to explore by car. Skipton is just 15 minutes away, offering train links to Leeds, Bradford, and beyond. Local taxi services are also available, but it's best to book in advance due to limited rural availability. For walkers and cyclists, the Pennine Way and a network of scenic trails pass nearby, making it a great base for exploring the Yorkshire Dales on foot or by bike.
