Séjour très agréable

Nous avons été très bien accueilli. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. La maison correspond parfaitement à l'annonce. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le prêt des vélos, la table de ping pong et la balançoire pour les enfants.

Wunderschönes Haus im Wald

Das Haus und der Garten sind wirklich traumhaft schön, sogar noch besser, als auf den Fotos im Inserat. Es ist sehr individuell mit verschiedenen, schönen Gegenständen der Eigentümer eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung der Küche hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Es war wirklich alles da, was man brauchte und noch mehr. Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern sowie der Check Inn und Out haben perfekt funktioniert. Alles vollkommen unkompliziert. Die ruhige Lage des Hauses im Wald unweit des Strandes, von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und belebten Orten an der Küste war für uns perfekt.

Séjour formidable dans un cadre charmant!

Très jolie maison landaise pleine de charme et située dans un endroit calme. Spacieuse et accueillante, nous avons séjourné à 12 sans problème en profitant du jardin et de la terrasse. La région est magnifique et les plages sublimes à seulement 10/15 minutes en voiture. Nous remercions Sophie pour son accueil. Une adresse à retenir et à partager.

Estuvimos dos familias con niños durante una semana. La zona muy tranquila, cerca de las playas. El equipamiento de la casa muy completo, los dueños muy amables y disponibles. Tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia muy agradable.

Maison au calme , beau terrain , belle villa landaise bien décorée et équipée...Sans compter les vélos mis à disposition par le propriétaire Les points à éventuellement améliorer : l éclairage notamment exterieur Un peu loin de la mer pour y aller en vélo régulièrement

LA MAISON ést comme le descriptif . nous étions 12 adultes et c'était grand seul bémol un seul wc mais on était au courant dès la réservation mais peut-etre envisager de mettre un 2ème wc car il y a de la place pour le faire. la maison est très spacieuse belle promenade en vélo

Très bonne semaine dans cette villa landaise pleine de charme. Nous étions 6 adultes et 6 enfants, cette location de vacance correspondait à nos attentes. Aucune mauvaise surprise, dans un quartier résidentiel au calme, des voisins et propriétaires sympas, rien à rajouter hormis que l'on reviendra...

A nouveau, un excellent séjour !!

Deuxième année consécutive que nous louons cette maison. Grande, propre, au calme. Accès rapide à la mer, au village de Seignosse. Très bien équipée (plancha, vélos, ...). Parfait pour des vacances en famille. Un seul bémol, un seul WC pour cette grande maison est parfois un peu limite.

Rust aan de wilde Atlantic!

Dit vakantiehuis ligt in de mooiste straat van Seignosse-Bourg. Ideaal voor families met kleinere kinderen om in en rond de tuin, zonder zorgen en veel autoverkeer te spelen. Vriendelijke eigenaars die beschikbaar blijven! Punten kritiek: geen huis voor 12P zoals beschreven, maar eerder 8, wegens maar 1 toilet en 3 afgescheiden kamers. Tweede kritisch punt is dat je in deze omgeving minder makkelijk de fiets neemt naar de bakker, snel autoverkeer, + de oceaan is iets te veraf om met de fiets te doen: je moet je auto dus (te)veel gebruiken, weeral zeker met kleine kinderen. Maar los van deze twee kritieken is de omgeving ideaal: een frisse oceaanlucht, een onstuimige natuur, eindeloze dennenbossen en een kustlijn om respect voor te hebben. Het Spaanse San Sebastian is ook maar een 80km veraf. Een aanrader.

Calme et convivialité

Idéale pour les vacances en famille ou entre amis grâce à ses nombreux couchages, pièce à vivre spacieuse et conviviale, grande mezzanine pour lire ou jouer. Grand jardin sous les pins. Simple et authentique, séjour très agréable et reposant.
