beautiful villa completely restored by an architect, classified 4 stars, completely enclosed in a flower garden of 700m2 with swimming pool secured by a flap 8m x 4m, 800m from the beach and 1km from Bourdaines Hossegor, very close the forest . Very well equipped, tastefully decorated including 4 bedrooms and a 5th in an annex, 1 bathroom and 3 bathrooms, 4 toilets (including 2 independent), open kitchen very well equipped, 1 large terrace with plancha garden furniture.
The pool is heated from 1MAI to 15 October.

Very beautiful holiday home

It was a great stay and we missed nothing. We were 8 persons and all were very satisfied. We would come back at any time and can recommend this house very much. The location is also very good, you can reach everything well. The booking was problem-free, the communication with the owners was always fast and smooth.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour, la maison est idéalement placée pour découvrir la région et ses environs. La piscine est très propre et à bonne température. Les équipements extérieurs sont très pratique.

Juste Horrible

Réservé initialement pour une durée de six jours.Dès la réception, surprise totale, odeurs de moisissures et de renfermer dans la maison. En plus d’être mal entretenue, elle n’a pas été nettoyée.VMC qui ne fonctionne pas, douches salles, WC sales, piscine chauffée qui n’est pas chauffée (la PAC ne fonctionnait pas), eau de piscine jaune et parois sales.Nous avons été obligé de subir une nuit dans cette maison car nous n’avons pas de solution de secours rapide (enfants en bas âge et animaux), nous avons dû effectuer une autres réservation en catastrophe pour le reste de la semaine.Courage aux prochaines locataires.Le service de conciergerie qui tient un discours le premier jour, puis un autre le second, n’a pas l’air d’être le plus fiable du marché.On nous a quand même facturé cette nuit, avec les taxes Abritel, c’est juste inadmissible.Ne vous fiez pas aux notes des avis de cette maison.Zéro pointé sur toute la ligne.

Magnifique maison très bien située. Très bien équipée, nombreux transats, plusieurs douches, tout confort. Seuls petits bémols: la pompe à chaleur qui ne fonctionne pas donc piscine non chauffée et propreté des lieux pas nickel. Mais la propriétaire a été très arrangeante sur les horaires et nous a offert du champagne en dédommagement. Bref, très satisfaite de notre séjour. Je recommande vivement

Super séjour à Seignosse

La villa est superbe, nous étions 12 personnes et chacun avait son indépendance. Il y a de l'espace pour tout le monde. Malgré le temps qui n'était pas avec nous nous avons passé des supers moments. Tout est a proximité à pieds et Hossegor/ Capebreton ne sont pas loin en voiture.Mathys et Arnaud qui nous accueillent sont super et donne beaucoup de conseils. Tout était parfait pour un séjour entre amis et famille. Je recommande avec plaisir.

Super séjour ! Toller Aufenthalt!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à Seignosse. La maison est très bien équipée, vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin dans la cuisine pour préparer les repas de la famille. Les enfants ont apprécié la grande piscine chauffée et la douche extérieure chaude est très pratique. Le jardin est joliment planté et n'est pas visible des voisins. Nous pouvons recommander vivement l'hébergement et nous serons heureux de revenir. Merci Madame Lourdel pour ce contact très agréable. Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in Seignosse. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, man findet in der Küche alles notwendige um die Mahlzeiten für die Familie zuzubereiten. Die Kinder haben den großen beheizten Pool genossen, sehr praktisch ist auch die warme Außendusche. Der Garten ist sehr schön bepflanzt und von den Nachbarn nicht einzusehen. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank Madame Lourdel für den sehr angenehmen Kontakt.

Maison agréable pour un séjour entre amis

Maison facile à vivre où chacun a su trouver sa place, surtout les enfants et le bungalow annexé à la maison ! Les chambres sont suffisantes (3 chambres doubles, 1 chambre avec 2 lits de 90 et l’annexe et ses 2x2 lits superposés). Le salon/salle à manger est spacieux, après je dois avouer que nous avons eu de superbes conditions climatiques, du coup nous n’étions jamais à l’intérieur ! La cuisine est fonctionnelle pour 2 personnes. Dans la remise extérieure, se trouve une machine à laver, un sèche-linge (idéal par temps humides) et un deuxième frigidaire. Nous avons apprécié l’extérieur de la maison, le grand auvent nous a permis de prendre tous nos repas à l’ombre, la piscine chauffée était très prisée des ados, les bains de soleil par la gent féminine et la pelouse pour les parties de molki. Nous avons apprécié sa proximité avec la plage située à quelques centaines de mètres (15mn à pieds, 8 mn en vélo), le loueur de vélo et la boulangerie. Nous étions 11 personnes au total et nous avons tous apprécié notre séjour dans cette maison. C’est un bien que nous aurions plaisir à relouer !

Wunderschöner Platz in einer sehr schönen Umgebung zum Urlaub machen.

Das Haus ist ist wirklich sehr schön, Einrichtung geschmackvoll. Sehr schöne Terrasse und Pool. Wir haben uns als ganze Familie sehr wohlgefühlt. Einziger Nachteil: die Fahrräder am Haus sind nicht zu gebrauchen, schlechte Qualität, keine Schlösser.

Séjour en famille très agréable

Nous avons loué cette maison pour 1 semaine. Nous étions 12 (8 adultes et 4 ados). Points positifs : très beau jardin, maison agréable avec tout le confort et l’équipement nécessaire (peut être un peu plus de bains de soleil), maison située dans un quartier agréable à un quart d’heure à pied de la plage, en vélo tout est rapidement accessible (plages, commerces, Hossegor, ...) grâce aux pistes cyclables nombreuses et en parfait état (nous avons apprécié la remise de 10% sur la location des vélos). Le chalet est une super idée pour loger les ados (grande douche et WC, indépendance très appréciée). Douche extérieure très pratique. Petits bémols : route un peu bruyante à proximité immédiate de la maison. Problème avec le robot nettoyant de la piscine (présence permanente dans la piscine, pas pratique pour nager). La Lumière de la piscine ne marchait pas. Conclusion : bilan très positif, nous recommandons cette location.

PARFAIT.....

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable la première quinzaine de septembre. Chacun a eu de la place et de l'espace (nous étions 8 personnes). L'environnement est calme. L'accès à la plage s'effectue en 10 mn à pied. La maison est très lumineuse, très bien agencée et meublée confortablement. Le coin cuisine ouvrant sur le salon est très agréable et celle-ci est très bien équipée. La literie en parfait état, les sanitaires ainsi que les salles de bain très bien entretenus. Un très gros plus, la piscine chauffée dont nous avons pu profiter tous les jours, a fait notre bonheur. La terrasse couverte nous a permis de prendre tous nos repas à l'extérieur. Tout y est (plancha, transat, chauffage extérieur pour soirée un peu plus fraîche, vélo...) pour nous permettre de passer d'excellentes vacances. La propriétaire contactée par téléphone est très sympathique ainsi que la personne responsable de notre accueil sur place. C'est une adresse que je recommande chaudement. Il est certain que nous reviendrons pour de prochaines vacances si l'occasion se présente.

Nous avons passé de très très agréables moments dans cette maison. Elle correspondait totalement à ce que nous voulions. Nous avons pu recevoir nos enfants et nos amis. On sent vraiment que cette maison est une maison de famille et pas une simple location d’été…

Maison "coup de cœur"

Belle maison de style landais, de plain-pied sur un jardin bien entretenu. Les chambres sont lumineuses et les sanitaires en nombre et de qualité. La pièce à vivre salle à manger-salon est spacieuse, mais nous avons surtout profité de la terrasse avec son auvent. Bien apprécié la piscine chauffée et éclairée la nuit avec la douche extérieure! La plage est à 5 mn à pied, proche du golf également. Grâce aux pistes cyclables, on peut rejoindre facilement Hossegor à vélo en longeant le lac. Habitués des locations, nous recommandons vivement celle-ci.
