The house’s strategic location is within easy reach of the northern coast of Sicily, and Castellammare del Golfo, Scopello, San Vito lo Capo, the Zingaro nature reserve, and the famous cities of Palermo, Trapani and Agrigento.

Piano primo : living room with access to a sunbathing terrace (smart tv), 2 double bedrooms, bathroom with shower. In the living room and in one of the bedrooms part of the ceiling slants down.

There is air conditioning in all rooms.
