A gorgeous, charming little apartment in the heart of Paris (Pont Neuf). Building dating from the 1500s. High ceilings (3.8 meters). Bedroom with a queen-size mattress. Bathroom with two entrances—one from the living room and one from the bedroom. Living room with exposed wooden beams. Hardwood floors throughout the apartment.
Kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, oven, electric stovetop, and Nespresso coffee machine. Washing machine.
Smart TV and fiber-optic Wi-Fi.

Terrific location between Notre-Dame and Louvre; metro a block away. Lots of neighborhoods to explore close by. Charming little Paris apartment was a great launching point for my visit.

Great apartment! Location was awesome-metro - Pont neuf bridges-St Germaine and Marais all a step away! Place was clean and comfortable! Luca answered all our questions!

An Absolute Gem in the Heart of Paris! Honestly, the photos and the listing description just don't do this Parisian apartment justice! We stayed here for nine days and it truly felt like we were actually living in a Paris apartment. The location is incredible—we could literally walk to the Louvre, Notre Dame, Sainte-Chapelle, and so many other hotspots.Even though it's so close to the action, the apartment is tucked away on a really quiet street right behind the Seine. The building has great security, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. Getting around was a breeze with a metro station not very far down the street, and right around the corner, there is a fantastic boulangerie and plenty of great French cafés and restaurants.On top of all that, the owner was super responsive to any texts or questions we had during our stay. It fit absolutely all of our needs and made our trip perfect. Highly recommend!

We had trouble finding the correct address till a neigbor lady gave us the correct address. She said it happened before. We also called Luca who immediately answered. The apartment was not super clean. When we wanted to use the washer we found a bag filled with laundry plus some sheets in washer. After we removed all that washer smelled.The apartment was very compact, too much so for two people who were not in a relationship.But the location was great and Luca promptly answered our concerns.
