Each apartment comes with 2 bedrooms (4 single beds + 1 double sofa bed), 2 bathrooms, a spacious living area combined with the kitchen and a balcony.
All the units comes with air conditioning, WIFI, TV, washing machine, wooden floors, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, kitchenware....
The building is at few steps to Ramblas, Boqueria Market or Cruise Terminal and Old Harbour!

The street “Nou de la Rambla” runs parallel/adjacent to La Rambla, in the Raval neighbourhood of Barcelona. It’s in one of the more historic and densely layered parts of the city (Ciutat Vella / El Raval), where you can feel the palimpsest of Barcelona’s history — old buildings, narrow alleys, bursts of greenery, balconies with laundry, shops, cafés, occasional graffiti, vibrant and a bit gritty.
There’s constant motion: locals heading to/from groceries, shops delivering, tourists wandering, cafés with outdoor seating, maybe street musicians, buzz of voices, sounds of scooters, footsteps on stone. Because it’s close to popular streets and landmarks, there’s a mixture of both everyday local life and the more touristic bustle.
